Purpose: this study using the sports biomechanics research methods and means,to hold the arm action biomechanical analysis of aerobics gymnastics, the purpose is to find arms of competitive aerobics exercise movement kinematics and muscle characteristics, solve the problems of the trajectory and control of arm movements in the process of aerobics. Methods: in this study,by using the means of three-dimensional high-speed camera(CASIO-FH25)and sEMG(MegaWin6000)synchronous measurement.the characteristics of arm movements of 15 athletes in the aerobics gymnastics team of xi'an sports university were studied The movement quality of 15 athletes was scored and divided into group A and B,use Excel2007?SPSS17.0 to conduct statistical analysis and processing of data.exploring the kinematic characteristics of arm movements of two groups of athletes and the muscle force characteristics of eight muscles(left and right biceps brachii, triceps brachii, middle band of t deltosis, and alatissimus dorsi).Results:(1)kinematics:(1)From the point of action completion time,in combination 1,combination 2,combination 3,in general, the action completion time of group A is longer than B,in combination 1,there are different in action of two beat from group A and B.(P<0.05),two beat action has significant difference(P<0.01).(2)The sequence of range from the three combination action is: combination 1> combination 2> combination 3.The range from the three combinations action in group A are larger than those in group B,and the track lengths and relative track lengths in combination 3 are different(P<0.05).(3)In the braking of the two groups in combination 1,combination 2 and combination3,the braking ability of the arm operation of the athletes in group A is stronger than that of group B.(2)sEMG:The RMS characteristics of the three combined features are as follows: the major muscles are latissimus dorsi which involved in the three combined movements of group A,the major muscles are the left triceps and right thebiceps as combination of1,2 in group B,and combination of 3 mainly involved in the muscles of the triceps.(4)Correlation analysisThere is a significant correlation between the RMS and iEMG value of electromyography and the path length, both the degree of correlation for moderatecorrelation(r = 0.497,P < 0.01),iEMG and motion trajectory show lower degree of correlation(r = 0.616,P < 0.01).Conclusion:(1)In the combined arm movements of aerobics gymnastics, the completion time of group A is close to the rhythm of music. The consistency of movement and rhythm of group A is better than that of group B.The larger the relative movement trajectory is,the greater the range of movement is,and the higher the stretching degree of movement is.(2)"Braking" technology is very important in aerobics, and the arm aerobics is an important indicator to evaluate the completion quality of the movement. In this study, through the comparative analysis of the braking conditions of group A and B,the braking ability of the athletes in group A is better than that of group B.(3)In this study,by comparing the standardized value of RMS and iEMG of arm manipulation combined movements in group A and B,the muscle strength of the right side is greater than that of the left side.In the combination of arm movements, the main muscle of force is latissimus dorsi on the left and right sides, the main muscle of force in group A is latissimus dorsi, and the main muscle of force in group B is triceps brachii on the left side, biceps brachii and triceps brachii on the right side.(4)Through correlation analysis,it can be seen that when the athletes in group Bcomplete their movements, their muscles are in a tense state, their motor skills are not well mastered, and their energy is not saved.
