| Objective: this article through to fasten chengdu sports institute 2017 level leisure class 1(control group),the students of class 2(experimental group),contrast experiment for 16 weeks, the class 1 uses the traditional way of physical training in physical stamina training, class 2 use the CrossFit training for physical training, and use the EXCEL2007 and SPSS22.0 version of the data processing software and a measure of the measured data of mathematical statistics and analysis,to explore CrossFit training’s impact on college students’ physical teaching effect, mainly includes: 1.Through 16 weeks of physical education experiment, the test results of each item before and after the experiment were compared between the two groups.2.Through the differences in training methods, the improvement degree of each physical quality of the experimental content was studied.3.To prove the real effect of CrossFit training in physical education. Methods: literature, experiment, interview, physical test, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis. Results: 1.CrossFit training can promote the development of speed and strength. After the experiment, the test score of 50 m in the control group was significantly different(P<0.05).The results of pull-up were significantly different(P<0.01)and standing long jump were significantly different(P<0.05).2.In the experimental group, the results of 1000-meter run,sit-forward bend and 4x10-meter turn run were significantly improved than those of the control group, but the improvement was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: CrossFit training and traditional physical fitness training can promote the development of all kinds of physical fitness, but CrossFit training has more obvious effects, especially on speed and strength.Suggestions: CrossFit training has a good effect on the growth of students’ physical quality, especially on the growth of strength and speed. Therefore,it is suggested that CrossFit training can be appropriately added to the physical education in colleges and universities to optimize the teaching effect. |
