Living in an era when the development and application of new technologies are accelerating,the amount of information is growing far faster than we can imagine.The advent of the information society fundamentally changes people's way of thinking,way of life and way of learning,so that our education teaching has gained great development opportunities,and is also facing more challenges.As a teacher of ideological and political subject,ideological and political subject should take the initiative to promote the transformation of ideological and political subject teaching with high information literacy,so as to better adapt to the needs of The Times and realize the goal of education.Based on the teacher's information literacy as the basis,explores the connotation and structure of the high school ideological and political teachers' information literacy,combined with the ideological and political course teaching practice in Qingdao,talk for a long time of ideological and political teacher's information literacy curriculum resources development and utilization,the teaching way transformation and study way change the positive influence and negative effect,and targeted puts forward solving measures.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part clarifies the relevant concepts of teachers' information literacy,puts forward the connotation of high school ideological and political teachers' information literacy,and divides it into two dimensions: teachers' basic information literacy and political subject information literacy.Teachers' basic information literacy includes information consciousness,basic information theory,information processing ability,information ethics,etc.Combined with the characteristics of ideological and political disciplines,this paper puts forward the professional requirements for the information literacy of high school ideological and political teachers: keen information consciousness,strong information technology ability,high information ethics and morality,and scientific research information literacy.The second part,combining the classroom teaching of high school ideological and political discipline in Qingdao,separately elaborated the high school thought political lesson teacher's awareness of information literacy,the information technology literacy,information ethics accomplishment and research the influence of information literacy to the thought political lesson teaching,emphatically expounds the teachers' information literacy in promoting the thought political lesson teaching method,learning mode and the positive influence development of curriculum resources,etc.The third part,combined with their own research process,results,and his own teaching experience,elaborated the present high school thought political lesson teacher's information literacy of low status,such as different levels of information literacy,relying too much on multimedia tools,individual development ability is insufficient,etc.,for the negative impact of the ideological and political teaching,and puts forward corresponding solving measures.I hope that through my simple research results,I can arouse people's awareness of the importance and urgency of improving teachers' information literacy,and take self-learning,self-improvement and self-improvement as the meaning of my work,so as to continuously improve my comprehensive literacy and promote the progress of high school ideological and political teaching.The fourth part is the demonstration of high school ideological and political lessons supported by teachers' information literacy.This part takes the people's congress: the state administration organ as an example,and mainly demonstrates the role of teachers' information literacy in optimizing ideological and political course teaching and improving students' information literacy through teaching design.
