Facing the challenge of informationalized education and the implement of the new course , the teacher plays a very key role. The key of the final realization of informationalized education is to integrate the technique into the class teaching organically with the purpose of helping the students to make use of the technique to improve their study effect effectively, and to make use of the information to solve problems. For this, the teacher will face the request of new knowledge, ability, and profession development, i.e., the teacher is not the unique outlet of the knowledge source throughout the learning process, but the instructor , helper, and the designer of learning environment and resource, which is also the new request that the current course reform put forward for the teacher. Because of the disbalance of our country's foundamental education development in cities and countrsides it results that the teachers in cities and countrysides differ greatly in the education ideas, the information environment and the information technique studies and development opportunities. These factors will result in new numerical margin between the teachers in the cities and those in the countrysides, which obstructed the construction of the informationalized education and the implement of the new course in the countryside. Referring to the above-mentioned research background , this thesis mainly adopted the systematic method, the combination of qualitative and quantitative method to analyze the demand structure ,demand origin of the teacher's information literacy. the resource support and restrictive condition that satisfy their demand. And on the basis of this foundation to discuss the possible strategy of the development of the village high school teacher 's information literacy under particular environment. Looking on the analysis of the village high school teacher's information literacy as the cut-in point, teacher's profession development ,study and development ,teacher's demand etc, and other theories as research foundation from the point of the teacher's education rule. The structure of the thesis is as follows: Part one is the research of the basic theories. on the basis of the document analysis and the confines of the basic connotation, analyzing its development connotation ,structure, and theory basis, combing the present teacher's information literacy theory and practical research at home abroad, establishing the theoretical foundation for practical research. Part two and part three discuss and explain the essential research backgrounds. Referring to the theory basis in the first part, part two builds up the related thought frame for this research and make a preparation for practical research afterwards. The third part introduced the design of the research and the research process adopted, among which include how to make sure research method and research object, on the basis of the thought frame of the second part. Part four and part five elaborated the research process and conclusions, including the village high school teacher's information literacy demand structure, factors which affect this kind of information literacy demand structure, resource support and restrictive condition that satisfy its development. Aiming at the village teacher's actual need and realistic circumstance, put forward the application of the action study strategy among village teacher's information literacy development. on the concrete implement ,designed the multi-level mode of village teacher's information literacy development according to " action study & profession support". Therefore, this research not only can be the case of how to improve the poor region high school teacher's information literacy effectively. To the primary and high school teachers in the city and the countryside , teachers' educator, school manager all have a great reference value , but also provide the principle support and factual basis for the current teacher's educational technique training and consideration.
