With the development of educational informatization,importance for teachers to have high information literacy is growing outstanding recent years.On April 17 th,2018,the official website of the Ministry of Education issued Code for the Construction of Digital Campus in Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial)to raise new requirements for teachers' information literacy in the digital and information age.Based on the information literacy and professional quality of primary school teachers,this study explores the teacher information literacy stated in the Code for the Construction of Digital Campus in Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial),and identifies the basic information literacy of primary school teachers into: working attitude,ideology,teaching methods and teaching skills.This study conducted a survey and made clear about the status quo of the above mentioned 4 aspects for 272 primary school teachers in 2 primary urban districts,3 urban-rural integrated primary schools and 4 rural primary schools in S district of Chongqing,and found out the potential problems;then to analyze the causes after interviewed 9 elementary school teachers prior to providing some constructive suggestions.From the results of the information literacy survey of the primary school teachers in S district of Chongqing,the information literacy of primary school teachers is generally located on the middle,while the overall information literacy of teachers can make further improvement,where the teaching methods and the teaching skills in information literacy are not good.Significant difference is seen in age,teaching seniority,education,type of school and Whether to undertake administrative work:teaching methods and teaching skills,teachers aged 20-30 are scored higher than teachers aged 45 or older;in ideology,the scores of teachers with a teaching age of less than 15 years are higher than those of teachers with a teaching age of more than 15 years,and the scores of undergraduate teachers are higher than those of specialists;in ideology,working attitude,teaching methods and teaching skills,the scores of school teachers in urban and urban-rural integration departments are higher than those in ruralschools;The score of administrative teachers is higher than that of non-administrative teachers.And the following problems are found: for the information literacy,primary school teachers aged over 45 years old is relatively low;teaching seniority over 15 years old is relatively low;primary school teachers in rural schools is relatively low;teachers with special education is relatively low;The information literacy of non-administrative teachers is relatively low.Countermeasures to improve the information literacy of primary school teachers aged 45 and above:(1)relevant government departments should improve the quality of training service and promote the pleasant learning of old teachers.(2)strengthen the ability to use information technology to learn and communicate.Countermeasures to improve the information literacy of primary school teachers with more than 15 years of teaching experience:(1)drive to apply information technology(2)attach importance to the use of information technology to update teaching ideas(3)strengthen the use of information technology for lifelong learning awareness.Countermeasures to improve rural primary school teachers' information literacy:(1)information technology training focuses on rural schools(2)attaches importance to improving digital teaching resources(3)pays attention to the rural primary school information technology application environment.Countermeasures to improve the information literacy of junior college teachers:(1)continuing education,improve the information literacy of junior college teachers.Relevant departments to improve the teacher information system,targeted to put forward training plans.(3)regular implementation of visual assessment,improve the overall information literacy of specialized teachers.Countermeasures to improve the information literacy of primary school teachers who are not in administrative work:(1)increase the task-driven application of information technology;(2)strengthen the active awareness of the application of information technology.
