The Research On Strategy Of Local Normal Universities International Communication And Cooperation In The Belt And Road Background

The proposition of Belt and road initiative provided Chinese higher education a good chance for international communication and cooperation.Simultaneously,proveniences which participate in this initiative are all over the China since local colleges play the important role in local development.Since the difference of history,policy,economy and many other factors,the salary,faculty and hardware devices of local colleges exist gap with Teachers colleges directly under the Ministry of education.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze international communication and cooperation of local normal universities holistically and grasp the development status.Then we can propose targeted strategies to improve accordingly.This study is based on elaborating the relation between the Belt and Road and higher education.Firstly,the research idea of this study is by analyzing current papers which are about international communication and cooperation in colleges and grasping the analysis trend.Then I used environmental analysis to analyze detailed on currently development status of Chinese colleges' international communication and cooperation from three angles which are internal environment,external environment and industry competition.Additionally,the case of this study was decided in Inner Mongolia Normal University which has its local specialties.After organizing and analyzing the current situation of its international communication and cooperation which is from foreign students,foreign exchange,teacher internationalization and international cooperation,we found the higher education of Inner Mongolia Normal University has the characteristics of starting early,developing slowly,wide field,low level,having features and needing to develop.Finally,I got the result that the problems of international communication and cooperation in Inner Mongolia Normal University are not open enough,inadequate management mechanism,inadequate supporting facilities.And after I summed up developing myself and learning from others,I proposed four strategies from four aspects: clearing ideas,discover features,building connotation and widen channels.First of all,the premise is clearing ideas.Schools should clear the idea to do the open-school and use this idea to every aspect of school's development.Meanwhile,schools should increase teachers and students' awareness about international communication and cooperation.Secondly,the basis is highlighting features.We should be based on finding regional features,cultural features and make an individual international communication and cooperation aim and an unique school.Thirdly,it is important to strengthen connotation.The connotation construction is the core of higher education international market competition.The completely management system,excellent faculty,out standing advanced subjects and teaching methods of keeping up with times and so on can be the trump card in the higher education international market competition.Fourthly,widen channels is assurance.The development together of diverse cooperation partners,multiple cooperation way and plenty cooperation way will provide more development way and a broader development platform.
