The professional growth of teachers is an eternal topic in the construction of teachers,which is related to the quality of education and the development of education.With the advancement of curriculum reform,higher demands have been put forward on the professional ability of preschool teachers from all walks of life.As an important part of the group of teachers,the professional growth of new teachers directly affects the quality of the whole group.At present,the training mechanism of new teachers' professional growth in kindergartens has some limitations,such as single training mode,inconsistent supply and demand,weak practical significance and so on.In this study,the author of the public kindergarten as a case study object,in the course of the research using questionnaire,interview,case analysis,literature,and other research methods.The mode of training and the content of the training in the operation of the Community of New Teachers are investigated,and the views of the echelon teachers on the Community,as well as the needs and expectations of the Community in promoting its professional growth,are emphasized.Therefore,it examines and reflects on the significance and value of the community,and finds out the defects and deficiencies of its training mode and content.It is found that the rich training activities such as classroom observation,salon teaching and research,skill training and so on,carried out by the community,play a positive role in promoting the reform of new teachers' educational concept and the development of their professional ability.They are:the change of values,the improvement of classroom teaching ability,the development of professional skills,and the standardization of educational work.However,there are many limitations,such as the cooperation subject is limited to the members of the community,the training content is not consistent with the needs,and the training content is mostly determined from the top down,rather than the needs of the new teachers themselves.The form of training is relatively single,and the community mainly adopts a centralized form.Uniform training,but the efficiency and quality of training is not guaranteed.Based on the above investigation and data analysis,in order to reform the malpractice of the new teachers' community and make it more systematic and perfect,this study puts forward some suggestions:first,to improve the education of teachers and disciples,and to make full use of the mature teachers through the Green Blue Project.Excellent teacher resources to expand the main body of cooperation;second,the use of network learning,micro-classroom,rich training model to improve training efficiency;third,start the "World Coffee" training model,through experts to lead,broaden the training channels;Fourthly,with the help of case-sharing and cooperative dialogue,the contents of the training are pointed to the practical needs of the new teachers.In order to rationalize the proposal,the research process Combining with practice,improving while studying,testing the effectiveness of reform measures,realizing the effective development of community and promoting the professional growth of new teachers.
