Cooperation is one of the basic concept of the new curriculum reform.It not only requires students to have the spirit and awareness of cooperation, also made the same demands on teachers. The new curriculum ideas subvert the tradition of previous teachers’ work and professional development, from individuals to groups, from independent to collaboration. Teacher cooperation is an important issue under new curriculum for faculty research. The essay based on the theory of group dynamics studies on the cooperation of the secondary school teachers who in the group. Teachers’ cooperation for the professional development requires the establishment of cooperative learning and development mechanism. In practice, however, for various reasons, there are many problems appear in the cooperation among teachers.The essay can be divided into five chapters. The Introduction section describes the choice of the theoretical basis, as well as research ideas and research methods.The first chapter shows the clear need for cooperation between teachers of secondary school teachers from the two aspects of social development and the pursuit of modern secondary school teachers, also secondary school teachers’teamwork have a realistic possibility. The second chapter is the empirical investigation. Through the interviews with some secondary school teachers in XX city, we found the cooperation’s form and content,as well as supportive measure and management methods for cooperation. And thus found problems about teachers teamwork in the school field. The third chapter use group dynamics theory to find out factors affecting school field teachers’cooperation and analyze the causes of the realistic problems.The fourth chapter is the value orientation of cooperation and a few of contradicted relationship domain that should be thought about in the process of building a group.The fourth chapter is the value orientation of cooperation and a few of contradicted relationship domain that should be thought about in the process of building a group,and also the strategies, which is the core of the research and conclusions.
