In view of serious rehearsal traces of teachers in the current children’ s drama performance and lack of free space for children,the researcher use children’ s independent creative performance as the breakthrough point and take the approach of action research to explore the implementation of preschool children’ s creative drama performance activities in the process of teacher’ s appropriate guidance strategies and scientific mode of material delivery.Providing practical references for kindergarten to develop creative drama.The researcher have a in-depth understanding of the current theoretical basis of picture book and creative drama,which uses Dewey’ s "child centered","learning by doing",Vygotsky’s "Zone of proximal development",Social culture theory,Italy Regeo’ s knowledge construction view as the basis of educational theory.The researcher does action researches on 30 children in the middle group of Z kindergarten in Z city based on preschoolers of picture book reading who construct creative drama on their own.This action research has gone through three stages that there are music story performances,the show of creating stories and creative drama performance.Five links cycle are repeating that each stage has gone through children independent game,problems of discussion and discovery,problems of reflection and solution,teachers’strategic support and teachers’ reflection and adjustment,from which children construct their own drama experience continuously and experience creative drama can bring them joy and a sense of achievement,improving the ability to drama performance.Through this action research,the researcher draws the following conclusion:First,the development of creative drama is based on support of rich activity materials;Second,creative drama activity focuses on the development of children’ s peer communication ability.Third,the development of creative drama is based on support of teachers’ effective teaching strategies.
