Investigation And Research On The Current Situation Of Electronic Media Use In Families Of 3-6 Year Old Children In Xi'an

The electronic media,represented by television and mobile phones,have been deeply integrated into the lives of the public.Our children,as a new generation of digital aborigines who have grown up in a pluralistic electronic media environment,There are also far more problems in use than we do.In this study,the current situation of electronic media use in children aged 3-6 in Xian was investigated.Through understanding the current situation of local children electronic media use in this area,exploring the hidden problems and analyzing the possible reasons,take Xi 'an as an example.,the paper presents the current situation of local children use of electronic media,so as to train children healthy behavior of using electronic media.To help parents to establish the concept of media education and to provide a reference for the media environment.In order to understand the current situation of the use of electronic media in preschool children in Xi 'an,the researcher compiled a questionnaire on the use of electronic media for young children in Xi'an and an outline of interviews with parents as a research tool.Make a further understanding of the use of electronic media in children.Through the analysis and discussion of the survey results,this study draws the following conclusions:(1)Electronic media has been integrated into the life of young children,the overall use of young children can be kept within a reasonable range,but the situation of excessive use is gradually increasing,can not be ignored.From the analysis of children age and sex characteristics,it is found that there is no difference in the use time of children of different ages and different genders,but they have different characteristics in content preference.(2)From the perspective of parents,children behavior of using media is deeply related to their own behavior habits of media,and the awareness of parents to regulate the use of electronic media still needs to be improved.(3)Finally,family environmental factors play an important role in children establishment of scientific and rational electronic media use behavior.In the investigation of various problems,the main reasons are related to the current background of the era of the supremacy of entertainment;the function of the electronic media itself,the content provided,but also the characteristics of children age,psychology,behavior,etc.As well as parents awareness of norms,authority awareness,behavior habits and so on.Based on this,the study appeals to parents,kindergartens,and media makers to help their children grow up healthy and happy.
