The satisfaction index system of basic education is the mechanism that combining basic education indicators to together,in order to.Reflect the complex situation about people's satisfaction rate and satisfaction degree on basic education in real time.And then,Provide sound education information for basic education decision-makers and objective criteria for rational and feasible decision making and educational evaluation for basic education decision-makers.The index system of the satisfaction of basic education is the tool and carrier of the evaluation of basic education.The research on the index system of the satisfaction of basic education is the prerequisite and key link for the implementation of the people's satisfaction Education.Based on the realistic needs of the people's satisfaction education and the shortcomings of the existing education index system,this paper compares the research theme with the index system of basic education satisfaction,which attempts to build an index system suitable for target areas through comparative analysis of existing literature and related policies,and verify feasibility,scientificity and credibility through case study,scholar evaluation and public opinion poll.The purpose is to enhance the scientificity and rationalization of the basic education satisfaction index system,and promote the deepening and concretion of the satisfaction index system of basic education,and improve the appropriateness and accuracy of the index system in satisfaction research.A comparative analysis of the satisfaction index system of basic education,using the method of literature,the theoretical basis,data sources and index frequency of the index system of basic education satisfaction were statistically analyzed,and the holistic characteristics of different indicators system were carding out.This paper makes a theoretical analysis of the text from the aspects of the orientation of construction,the way of thinking,the way to expand the dimension of the index,the expression of the specific index and so on,and use the comparative study method,in order to grasp the logical context and value orientation behind different indicators,we provide reference for the theoretical construction of the basic education satisfaction index system by analyzing and comparing the existing research results.Theoretical thinking on the index system of the satisfaction of basic education is the subjectivity and precondition of the index system of the satisfaction of basic education.Based on the theoretical basis,the basis of policy documents,the basis of school exploration and the basis of educational development indicators,this paper introduces the premise and foundation of satisfaction index system of basic education in four aspects.From the following four aspects:the combination of purpose and regularity,generality and comparability,comprehensiveness and generality,availability and feasibility,this paper introduces the regulations and standards followed by the index system construction,and the value orientation and basic position contained in it.From the two aspects of the framework design,establishment and interpretation of the index system,elaborating the macro framework and micro elements of the index system.The practical test of the index system for the satisfaction of basic education.Verifying the feasibility of the information collection and result generation of the index system through case analysis;appraising the scientificalness from the theoretical basis,the framework and the specific content of the index system through the evaluation of the scholars.The credibility of the index system is verified through public opinion surveys,and according to the results of the recovery,people's opinions are fully collected,and the index system is modified and perfected.Finally,according to the construction of the basic education satisfaction index system,the corresponding conclusions and suggestions are given.
