The Construction And Application Research On The Index System Of Informatization Of Basic Education

In the information age,the application of information technology is changing the way of life and work way of people,information technology has penetrated into every aspect of economic development and social life,to some extent,the field of basic education is also affected by the wave of informatization.The national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020)made it clear that information technology will play a revolutionary role in the development of education,it must be highly valued.The development of informatization of basic education helps drive the construction of the basic education modernization,and realize the leap-forward development of education.Therefore,developing basic education informatization strategy with sustainable development,it is of great significance that the education departments make scientific education teaching system and management system,and promote the application of basic education informatization and modernize the basic education.This study has defined as the connotations of education informatization and informatization of basic education,and puts forward the concept of informatization of basic education,studies and analyses the basic characteristic of informationization of basic education.The informatization of basic education research literature at home and abroad are reviewed,with the national basic education development plan of ten years regarding as the guiding ideology,to build the informatization model of basic education from the authority literature for reference,to build the evaluation model of the informatization of basic education that it is suited to the characteristics of the economic situation in our country.Based on the theory of informatization evaluation mode of basic education,followwing the principles of index system building,selecting a large amount of basic education informatization indicators,and adopting the target frequency,data accessing and similar information optimal three methods of index screening,selecting the basic index and edge index,constructing including infrastructure construction,education resources construction,information talents,information management and information security five dimensions,covering 13 levels,30 indicators of informatization of basic education of the evaluation index system,and analyzes on the advantages of the index system.As a case of the informatization of basic education study in Dalian,as a guide of the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020),as the basis of education reform and development of the long-term program in dalian and the related data from the informatization of basic education in Dalian,using the SWOT analysis method,making scientific,objective and comprehensive evaluation and analysis about the present situation,the level of informatization of basic education in dalian and the potential,concludes the S-O strategy,S-T strategy,W – O strategy,W – T strategy,to accord with the development of the informatization of basic education in Dalian,and develops a strategy to provide reliable basis.According to the SWOT matrix of the informatization of basic education in Dalian,and combined with the actual situation of basic education in Dalian,to develop the sustainable development strategy about the informatization of basic education in Dalian: Strengthen infrastructure construction,and actively introduce information technology;Increase education investment,and promote the construction of education resources;Strengthen information application ability,promote the fusion of the dethp about the information technology and the education teaching;Mine the talents of information technology,strengthen the construction of informationization talent teams;Innovate and improve the information system and realize sustainable development of the informatization of basic education.Finally,summarize the research conclusion,state the advantages and disadvantages of the study,and puts forward prospects,in order to improve furtherly and perfect.
