CrossFit training mode: through the use of athletics,weightlifting,gymnastics movement and training methods,training will be different in each project combination of the action as a unit,provided the training time or load,using short intermittent,aerobic and anaerobic alternate training,the goal is to create a comprehensive physical fitness.The purpose of this experiment is to study the effect of The CrossFit training on the physical ability of middle school students and the impact of the three quality project achievements of the college entrance examination in Shandong province.All items through the analysis of mathematical statistics before and after the experiment of testing data for prover the positive impact of middle school students' physical fitness by The CrossFit training,In order to provide reference for physical education teaching and training of middle school students.The experiment took 24 junior high school students who volunteered to take part in the college entrance examination of physical education from 17 to 19 years old in a middle school in Rizhao City Shandong Province as experimental objects and divided them into two groups: experimental group and control group.The experimental group was trained according to CrossFit method,while the control group was trained according to traditional physical fitness method.Pre-test was carried out before the experiment and physical fitness scores were calculated,and the snake-like groups were used.The test item is divided into basic project and quality project,basic project has 50 meters,lead up,sit position forward to bend 1000 meters altogether 4 items,quality project has 100 meters,standing jump Far,shot put a total of 3.Participants were trained for 12 weeks on June 26,2017,for 5 days a week,45 minutes per day for60 times.After training,test again and use SPSS software to compare and analyze the data before and after the experiment,and draw the following conclusions:1.The CrossFit training method has a great positive effect on the speed,strength,endurance,flexibility and quality of the subjects.2.CrossFit training method of the two training methods has a greater improvement on the experimental object in terms of speed and strength quality.3.Among the two training methods,CrossFit improved significantly in 100 m and standing long jump,but there was no significant difference between the two training methods in shot put.4.After 12 weeks of training,there were no negative conditions such as injury,etc.CrossFit training method was in accordance with the characteristics and rules of physical and mental development of middle school students.5.CrossFit training has the characteristics of short training time,suitable intensity and wide range.It can improve the physical ability of middle school students in a short time and is suitable for the reality that the training time of middle school students is limited.
