In recent years,the preschool education reform in our country,people began to realize that the preschool education can not be considered as a simple thing.Parents always take care of young children,in the absence of young children,kindergarten teachers are the link between parents and children,the two are the subject of close communication.Young children live in kindergartens for a day,and in the family they also learn and imitate.In the education of young children,parents often rely on feedback and communication from teachers to understand the performance of young children.Young children need the cooperation of parents and teachers to get better development.Therefore,the relationship between young children teachers and parents should be paid much attention to in early childhood education.In this study,the child teacher is the object of study,in part because in practice,it is found that child teacher will face a variety of parents communication problems,and child teacher to deal with these various communication problems,the need of outstanding parents communication skills.The present situation and structure of parents ’communication ability in preschool teachers were investigated by means of a formal questionnaire.This study uses two clues for the structure of parents ’communication ability in preschool teachers: one is to collect relevant data on parents’ communication ability in preschool teachers,and to construct the structure of parents ’communication ability in theory.The second is to use the open questionnaire to carry on the investigation to the infant teachers,to analyze,comb and determine the structure of parents ’communication ability.Then two clues are compared to determine the structure of parents ’communication ability.Based on this,a questionnaire was formed,and the current situation of parents ’communication ability of preschool teachers was investigated through the questionnaire distribution and recovery analysis.Based on the interview of kindergarten teachers,this paper analyzes the problems existingin kindergarten teachers ’parents’ communication ability and the causes of the problems,and puts forward some countermeasures.Through this research,there are three main problems in parents’ communication ability.1.Parents of preschool teachers have insufficient communication experience.2.The status of preschool teachers and parents is uneven.3.There is a lack of communication and training awareness in kindergartens.Early childhood teachers do not pay attention to communication training,parents to communication attitude is not correct.In essence,the communication consciousness of kindergarten is weak,and kindergarten should strengthen the communication skills training of kindergarten teachers.In view of the above problems,the author put forward some suggestions to improve the parents ’communication experience,raise parents’ communication awareness and improve kindergarten communication awareness.
