Research On Communication Management Of Installation Of New Wind System In C District Education Commision

In recent years,the frequent smog in Beijing,coupled with the occurrence of seasonal epidemic diseases,parents have increasingly called for the installation of purification equipment in schools.Considering the current air conditions in the school room,the single purification function of the air purifier is not enough to meet the needs of a good teaching environment.To achieve ventilation,sterilization,purification,and exhaust treatment in the classroom,new air system support is required.The installation of the new wind system is a profitable project for the C District Education Commission to improve the air quality in the school teaching buildings in the area and ensure the healthy growth of students.At the beginning of the project,some schools installed new wind systems in the absence of adequate communication in the early stages and insufficient understanding of the needs.The results did not achieve the expected results.Instead,there were problems such as reduced indoor oxygen content and high carbon dioxide concentration.This paper intends to study the contents of the communication management of the new wind system installed by the C district education committee,and systematically study the expectations of identifying stakeholders,planning communication,publishing information,and managing stakeholders in the project communication management According to the PMBOK framework system.To collect data on the problems in the installation of the new wind system project by means of questionnaire,and to collate and analyze the data,so as to sum up the problems in the communication management process of the project: 1.The problems in planning and communication;Problems in the publication of project information;3,manage the problem in stakeholder expectations.Using the relevant theoretical knowledge and reasonable research methods of project communication management,we propose improvement plans for project stakeholders ’communication needs,inadequate communication preparation,repeated communication,elimination of communication barriers,project communication skills,and management stakeholders’ expectations.In order to solve the above problems in the project communication management,improve the status of communication management of the project,and continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of communication between the project stakeholders in the process of project advancement.After studying the improvement scheme of the communication management of the new wind system installed by the C district education Commission,the theoretical knowledge of the research was used to guide the follow-up work of the project,which produced a good implementation effect,thus confirming the guiding significance and theoretical value of the paper.
