The Application Research Of Lewin's Field Theory In The Treatment Of Adolescents' Deviant Behaviors

Adolescents have always been an important group in social work research.Because adolescents are in a special period of life,group characteristics often show characteristics such as incitement,resistance,and rebellion.They are prone to deviant behaviors and serious crimes.At present,the phenomenon of deviant behavior among adolescents is constantly increasing due to the influence of the social environment.This not only affects the development of adolescents themselves and their families,but also is not conducive to the harmony and stability of society.Therefore,the author hopes to pass the guidance of Lewin field theory.To find a new way to solve the behavior of juvenile deviance.The N community is a very representative urban village community in Guangzhou.The industry in the community is relatively developed,attracting a large number of migrant workers,complex personnel and more entertainment venues.These external factors also have a certain impact on the youth in this community.There are also a large number of young people who have a biased behavior in the community.During the internship process in the N community,the author recruited 4teenagers with behavioral deviations,and conducted a youth deviation behavior correction group.The content and form of this correction group activity were designed according to Lewin field theory and ended at the group.After that,the author combined with the correction process and service effectiveness evaluation,summed up a relatively complete service process for Lewin field theory intervention in adolescent deviation correction.In the research process,through the psychological dynamic field model of Lewin field theory,in the group to construct the situation field to intervene in the individual field and the peer field of the group members,enhance the motivation of individual behavior change,and help the young people achieve the goal of behavioral correction.The conclusions of this paper indicate that the method of Lewinian field intervention in adolescent bias behavior is feasible,but there are still some limitations and deficiencies,and further research is needed.I hope this article can provide a referencefor scholars who study adolescent bias behavior correction.To provide new ideas and methods for practical workers to solve the problem of youth bias.
