Research On The Construction Of Smart Prisons

With the development of the Times,the advancement of technology,the emergence of Smart products such as smart cities and smart communities,along with the emergence of a series of studies on the theory and practice of Smart construction,prisons as an important part of the state machinery,how to use a series of new technologies to innovate the way of supervision and promote its better function has also become an important topic in this field.The construction of smart prisons is to implement the strategic deployment of the Ministry of Justice "digital rule of law and smart justice",better adhere to the bottom line of security,practice the purpose of reform,and push prison work to a new stage,concrete embodiment of overall promotion of prison management capacity upgrading.Taking the construction of smart prisons in W Province as an example,this paper analyzes the basic conditions for the construction of smart prisons in W Province based on the significance of the construction of smart prisons in the prison system in W Province,this basic condition mainly has two aspects: one is the current situation of W prison information construction,the other is the application of Internet of things,big data and cloud computing technology in Smart prison construction.Through the analysis of the current situation of the prison information construction,this paper probes into the main problems existing in the construction of the Smart prison of W prison system,in addition,it also points out the two challenges of traditional management thought and information security that W faces in constructing Smart prison Finally,by using the experience of the integration of the Internet of things,big data,cloud computing and other technologies with the prison management business at home and abroad for reference,and combining the perspective of the New Public Management Theory and the Government Management Innovation Theory,put forward the countermeasures of promoting the construction of W Smart prison,these countermeasures include: Strengthening top-level design,deepening the application of the internet of things to innovate supervision,building an Smart integrated management platform and command and dispatch platform,improving the organization,talent and capital guarantee mechanism,doing a good job of confidentiality,network security and operation and maintenance.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,the research status of domestic prisoninformation construction and Smart prison construction,research ideas and research methods;The second part mainly defines the concept of Smart prison construction and related information technology,and explains the theory of analyzing the use of the problem to lay the theoretical foundation of the paper;The third part is the request of w province to build Smart prison and the realistic foundation of w province’s prison system.The fourth part is the problems and challenges of w province’s Smart prison The fifth part analyzes the cases of Smart prison construction at home and abroad and summarizes some experience and enlightenment from them.The sixth part puts forward the decision-making of promoting w province Smart prison construction on the basis of the first five parts.
