The high school stage is a special stage of receiving school education,which has a profound impact on personal growth and the establishment of the three views.The high school stage is the transition period between higher education and compulsory education.It plays a transitional role that students will gradually form in the basic education and the professional education in this period.At the same time,according to the stage of personal growth and development,the high school period is a special period of student thinking mode,behavior mode and personal character establishment.This also determines the necessity and importance of conducting rule of law education in this special period.Therefore,under the theme of supply-side reform,the supply-side reform of rule of law education plays an important role in promoting the cultural foundation,independent development and social participation of high school students.The supply-side reform of rule of law education in high school is a long-lasting and in-depth development process.It provides high-quality talents for the rule of law construction in China and plays an important role in promoting the construction of a country under the rule of law.Therefore,the rule of law education in high school is secondary education.The historical mission is an important measure to implement the requirements of the times.High school rule of law education should not be confined to knowledge transfer.What is important is the cultivation of the rule of law belief and the cultivation of the rule of law,making the rule of law one of the spiritual cores of high school students.At the same time,the rule of law education should continue to advance with the times with the development of the times,especially in line with the current trend of supply-side reform,so that rule of law education can better meet the needs of high school students and the requirements of the rule of law in China.However,the current rule of law education in Tibetan high schools exists: 1.The motive of active cognition of the rule of law,but the cognition of the rule of law needs to be further deepened.2.The rule of law has a higher degree of emotional identity,but the credibility of the rule of law still needs to be further improved.3.Most high schools Students can use the rule of law to guide behavior in life practice,but the influence of some negative factors still needs to be paid attention to.4.The education of high school students' awareness of the rule of law is better,but still does not fully meet the main problems of high school students' needs.No matter the content,the way,or the environment,there is a great room for improvement.Especially in Tibet,where ethnic areas are located,a large number of outstanding national cultures and national characteristics have not merged with high school rule of law education.The causes of these problems are the lack of tradition of rule of law education,the lack of realistic argumentation of rule of law education,the lack of cultivation of rule of law thinking in the goal of rule of law education,the poor practical application of the rule of law education model,and the difficulty of adapting to the personality needs of high school students.Therefore,the reform of the supply-side education of high school rule-based education in Tibet should be based on the cultivation of the rule of law,the establishment of the rule of law,the integration of moral education,the law of the development of students,and the importance of the rule of law as the principle of reform.The implementation method is to reform the supply content of rule of law education for high school students,expand the supply subject of rule of law education for high school students,innovate the supply mode of rule of law education for high school students,use the technical means of "Internet +",innovate propaganda methods,and improve the supply of rule of law education for high school students.The security system and the external environment for the supply of rule of law education for high school students.In this way,we can better realize the effective development of rule of law education in Tibet.
