Research On Differentiation Development Of Pension Service Under The Background Of Supply-side Reform

With the rapid growth of the elderly population in China,the emerging service industry based on the elderly care service is developing and expanding.How to improve the current level of the pension service industry through the improvement of infrastructure construction and service quality is an urgent practical problem ti be solved.This paper introduces the supply-side structural reform theory into the analysis process of the subject.The main purpose of this paper is to discuss how to provide sufficient and high-quality products and services for the elderly service market in an innovative way,so as to make effective supply adapt to people's actual needs in life,and make the elderly service industry an important driving force for expanding domestic demand in the future.The main purpose of this paper is to discuss how to provide sufficient and high-quality by using the method of literature research,this paper sorts out relevant research literature at home and abroad and relevant policies that have been issued by the government,and expounds the core concepts and theoretical basis in depth,so as to construct the overall thinking of this paper on this basis.Secondly,the direct data obtained from the investigation of civil affairs,finance and statistics departments of the government and pension service institutions are used to study the demand,total supply and structure of pension service,The comparative analysis method is used to analyze the social effect between the two pension service institution with similar external factors but different quality of service contents.Based on the diversified understanding of elderly people's demand for pension services,this paper studies the differentiated development of pension services in the context of China's supply-side reform from the following aspects,First of all,the supply-side structural reform has brought opportunities to the development of the pension service industry.Through the statistics and analysis of the total supply and supply structure of the elderly service,the current situation of the supply of the elderly service is evaluated,and it is emphasized that the shortage of supply is the main problem of the elderly service industry in China,and the supply-side structural reform provides the impetus for the rapid development of the elderlyservice industry.Secondly,the internal logic of differentiated development of the pension service industry under the supply-side structural reform.On the basis of clarifying the connotation and form of the differentiated development of the pension service industry,it is pointed out that differentiated development conforms to the objective demand of the pension service industry,that the differentiated development is a response to the diversification of market choices,and that the differentiated development can better adapt to the requirements of social capital entering the pension service market.Thirdly,it analyzes the problems that need to be solved in the differentiated development of pension services.It points out that we should insist on the reasonable quality standard of the old-age service industry.To fulfill the due responsibilities of the government and respect the elderly and their families ' choice of old-age care services and institution;To create a level playing field for the prosperity and healthy development of the elderly service industry.
