Research On Residents' Sense Of Acquisition In Community Service

President Xi Jinping advanced the theory of “Three senses of the people’s livelihood” at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Among the three senses,fulfillment is the most fundamental one.It refers to people’s true feelings about the reform fruits,including the increasement of income and welfare,the improvement of employment,housing and travel condition,the satisfaction of people’s ever-growing needs for a better cultural life.The sense of fulfillment is the unmeasurable psychological feeling of safe,comfortable or satisfactory,based on gaining substantial benefits.This article will base upon community,which is the most essential social unit,to inquired how community services promote residents’ sense of fulfillment.Community provides the basic convenience of survival and life for urban inhabitants.Gradually,it developed into the cell of urban society and the carrier of various social resources.It has become the link between individuals,families and society,closely related to people’s lives and plays an important role in social stability and development.At the same time,the community directly serves the members of the community,is an important place for the majority of residents to obtain public services,but also an important place to reflect the residents’ sense of fulfillment directly.This paper will analyze the feasibility and advantages of community services to improve residents’ sense of fulfillment,and summarize the contents and classification of community service by combing the theory of community service and sense of fulfillment.The premise that residents get the sense of fulfillment through community services is acquired and the result is residents’ satisfaction.The usage rate and awareness rate of community service can reflect the premise and residents satisfaction scale will reflect the result.In the end use empirical data to analyze how to improve residents’ sense of fulfillment through community service,and puts forward targeted policy recommendations.To conclude by the analysis that the residents generally participate in the service items which can basically meet their needs,such as public cultural services,and so on.The residents’ evaluation is better,feel more satisfied and have a stronger sense of fulfillment.But the sense of fulfillment got by the community services which are directly related to residents’ personalinterests is different.
