| Driven by the development of social productivity and medical care, the average life expectancy of the Chinese population has gradually increased,so that the elderly populatio n accounts for an increasing proportion of the total population of the country, and the elderly care methods are becoming more and more diversified.Among them, the community-based home care model has been rapidly promoted in my country’s large and medium-sized cities in recent years because it conforms to my country’s traditional concepts and practical needs for the care of the elderly. In 2018,Wuhan began a pilot reform of home and communit y elderly care services, and community home care methods have been vigorously developed. Many elderly people in Jiangcheng benefit from the "three help and one care" elderly care services of meal assistance, cleaning assistance, medical assistance and remote care. However, this model started late in our country and its development is not yet perfect. In this context, this article carried out a research on the satisfaction of community home-based elderly care services.Through the analysis of the satisfaction of the “three aids and one care” elderly care services in Wuhan, the influencing factors were identified,in order to improve the quality of elderly care services and improve the lives of elderly for reference. After reviewing domestic and foreign literature, important concepts and connotations were determined, and the theoretical basis related to community care and satisfaction was explained. Then, the development process and current status of Wuhan community home care services were reviewed to determine the specific content of this research. After introducing the development process of the satisfaction index model, select the applicable measurement tools: customer satisfaction index(CCSI)model, service qualit y measurement scale(SERVQUAL scale),and construct from the dimensions of communit y image, perceived service quality, and perceived value The evaluation system of communit y home care service satisfaction in Wuhan City, and put forward research hypotheses based on the relationship between model variables, related theories and previous related studies. Then, through a combination of questionnaire surveys and structured interviews,18 communities in Wuhan were interviewed to collect information. After preliminary collatio n of the data, the basic information of the sample, the distribution of community types, and the satisfaction status were analyzed through SPSS23.0 data analysis software Descriptive analysis.Under the premise of reliability and validity test, the questionnaire items are reduced by factor analysis, and then correlation analysis is used to find out which variables are related to satisfaction, and will have related relationships. The factors are subjected to multiple regression analysis to clarify the significant influencing factors. Finally, the difference analysis is used to test the difference of community types, social stratificat io n variables and demographic variables to find the influencing factors of satisfaction, thereby verifying the research hypothesis of this study.Quantitative research found that the overall satisfaction and satisfaction of all dimensio ns of the “three help and one care” service in Wuhan are in the range of general satisfaction to relatively satisfactory, which belongs to the upper-middle level. The distance is very satisfied and there is room for improvement;perceived value, remote care Service qualit y,cleaning service quality, and community software image are significant factors influenc i ng overall satisfaction.Among the stratification variables, education stratification has significant differences in overall satisfaction and sub-dimension satisfaction, occupation stratification only has significant differences in satisfaction with the quality of cleaning services and medical services, and income stratification is also only in There is a significa nt difference in the satisfaction of the service quality of cleaning assistance and the quality of remote care service. From the perspective of the community, the type of communit y significantly affects the evaluation of the elderly’s satisfaction with elderly care services, and the elderly residents in the “village”-to-“residential” community have the lowest satisfaction.Under individual characteristics, gender, age, residence status, marital status and health status passed the difference test of satisfaction with some dimensions. The interview found that the lack of purchasing intention and purchasing power of elderly residents, the misalignment of service supply and real demand, the inadequate subsidies of elderly service providers, and the lack of institutional supervision and evaluation policies restrict the development of community-based elderly care services in Wuhan. In response to the above findings, the end of the article puts forward suggestions for improving the wil ingness and purchasing power of elderly residents, optimizing the level of provision of elderly care services, improving community infrastructure construction and improving community home care services. |
