Research On Community Governance Satisfaction Of Relocated Residents In Nujiang Prefecture

The implementation of the relocation of vulnerable areas is a strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core.It is an important measure to deal with "one party can not afford to support one side".In recent years,with the steady progress of the relocation work and the increasing number of resettlement sites across the country,it is very urgent and necessary to do a good job in community governance of resettlement sites,which is related to the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements and the well-being of people’s livelihood.This study attempts to analyze the residents’ satisfaction with community governance from the perspective of satisfaction,By using the methods of questionnaire survey,case interview and comparative analysis,through combing the relevant theories and literature,and on the basis of previous studies,this paper constructs the independent variable of "community residents’ sense of acquisition",including governance system,community publicity,livelihood status and neighborhood SPSS software is used to realize the analysis process from the five dimensions of community relationship and community consciousness.On the basis of data analysis and case analysis,the author believes that although chengchengba resettlement has achieved certain results in community governance through employment assistance,industrial cultivation,improvement of living environment and warm heart poverty alleviation,there are still some outstanding problems,such as dual management mechanism,imperfect supporting facilities and insufficient supply of public services.Based on the above analysis,the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the residents’ satisfaction with community governance from five aspects: governance system construction,community publicity construction,livelihood space construction,relationship network construction and cultural psychology construction.The results of multiple regression analysis show that from the five dimensions of independent variables,community publicity and governance system are the most important predictors,so the countermeasures and suggestions focus on the construction of governance system and community publicity.It is expected that the research results of this paper can provide a new vision for policy makers,a new idea for practitioners,and a reference for other relocation communities with similar geographical,social and economic environment.
