Research On The "Internet +" Rural Governance Model In The New Era

The study of rural governance has always been a topic of continuous concern,to which China's academic community has a wealth of achievements.At present,China has entered a new era,and rural governance will also face the tasks and requirements of the new era.The third plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee put forward that the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity should be promoted as the overall goal of comprehensive and deep reform.Under this background,it is imperative to promote the modernization of rural grassroots governance.Many problems have been exposed in the traditional rural governance model research,and its obstinacy has seriously hindered the development of rural governance.How to break the deadlock at the present stage,the traditional rural governance model should keep pace with The Times,make breakthroughs and innovations,change the governance mode,improve the ability and level of governance has become the core issue of rural governance in the new era.The concept of "Internet +" was first proposed by yu Yang,chairman and CEO of analysys international in 2012,symbolizing a new era of Internet development--mobile Internet era.In the information age,the Internet has greatly enhanced the mobility of resources in all aspects of society and realized the timeliness of information in all aspects of society.Relying on Internet platforms and network information technology,"Internet plus" combines politics,economy,culture and the Internet in a deep way through the spirit of the Internet to form a new form of comprehensive,extensive and innovative social development.The "Internet +" rural governance mode does not simply refer to the combination of the Internet and a certain step of rural governance in a simple mechanization.In the context of the information age,the combination of the "Internet +" rural governance is a wise move to keep pace with The Times and take advantage of the situation.Taking "tencent as the village" as the research object,this paper explores how to break through the bottleneck of the traditional governance mode,innovate the rural governance mode in the new era and realize the rural modernization through the network and platform of "Internet +".As for the selection of examples,this paper chooses longtan village in guanghan city as the research object.For one thing,because up to now,guanghan "wei village" has achieved a comprehensive coverage with a certain scale,and its experience has reached a relatively mature stage in the whole country.As an example village,longtan village has made remarkable achievements in the application and promotion of "for the village" on the whole.Meanwhile,combining with the governance mode of longtang village,it explores the unique development path of longtan.Second,in terms of resource cost,the selection of longtan village in guanghan city conforms to the principle of being nearby,which saves time cost,capital cost and physical cost to the greatest extent and achieves the optimal effect.In terms of research methods,this paper explores the combination of "Internet +" and rural governance through the combination of theoretical analysis and case study method,and analyzes the operability and development prospect of "Internet +" rural governance mode,hoping to provide references for rural governance research in the new era.
