A Study On The Interaction Of Rural Governance Subjects In The Dimension Of Social Structure ——A Case Study Of The Three Governance Subjects In B Village,C Town,Yunnan Province

The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress clearly put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,and effective rural governance is an important prerequisite for rural revitalization.Different scholars have done a lot of discussions on how to achieve effective rural governance and how to promote rural revitalization based on different disciplinary backgrounds.The effectiveness of rural governance is the result of the joint action of many factors,among which the subject of rural governance plays an extremely important role.Only by giving full play to the functions of each subject of rural governance and forming a benign interaction among the subjects of rural governance,can we achieve effective rural governance and promote the strategy of rural revitalization.Based on this,it is urgent for academic circles to pay attention to and discuss the relationship between rural governance subjects and their existing problems and to realize the benign interaction between rural governance subjects.This paper constructs an analytical framework to understand the benign interaction of the three rural governance subjects in the western region of China,which provides a theoretical basis for realizing the benign interaction among the three rural governance subjects and improving the efficiency of rural governance.In addition,at the realistic level,this study discusses the interaction of the three governance subjects in a typical village in the western region,and summarizes and analyzes how the benign interaction of the three governance subjects in the village is realized.it also puts forward the relevant measures to realize the benign interaction of the rural governance subjects.Specifically,this study selects a typical village in the western region-Village B,C Town,Yunnan Province,and combs the characteristics of the interaction of the governance subjects of village B in different periods from a historical vertical perspective.It is found that the rural social structure has a far-reaching impact on the interaction of the governance subjects of village B,and the differentiation of the rural social structure reflects the different characteristics of the interaction of governance subjects in different periods.This study holds that rural social structure is an important dimension to understand the interaction of rural governance subjects.In order to better understand the interaction among the governance subjects of village B,this study takes the social structure of village B as the dimension and the behavior logic among the grass-roots government of town C,the "two committees" of village B and the individual of village B.through investigation and investigation,this paper analyzes the behavior choices of the three governance subjects,and discusses the current situation of the relationship among them.And describe the realistic picture of the interaction between the three from the perspectives of normal governance,seminormal governance and emergency governance.It is found that after the impact of modernization,the reform of taxes and fees and the abolition of agricultural tax in village B,the interrelationship among the three governance subjects has been weakened a lot,and the conflict and internal tension between the three have dispelled the governance power of village B to a certain extent.However,the three governance subjects show a situation of benign interaction in the normal governance,semi-normal governance and emergency governance of B village.this study holds that the endogenous development power constitutes the internal basis of the benign interaction of the three governance subjects of B village from the perspective of normal governance,and the relationship network constitutes the stimulating factors of the benign interaction of the three governance subjects of B village from the perspective of semi-normal governance.The governance task constitutes the external drive of the benign interaction of the three governance subjects of B village from the perspective of emergency governance.Based on the practical experience of village B,this study holds that we should give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of grass-roots party members in the subject of rural governance,promote the adaptive adjustment of the main structure of rural governance and the mechanism of rural governance,and construct the rural governance ecology.the benign interaction of the main body of rural governance.
