China is an great agricultural country since ancient times.Rural living of the population has been accounts for half of the population of China.The rural social stability directly determines the stability of the whole country.With the constant strength of economy of China,Chinese society reaches a new stage that industry nurture agriculture and cities support the countryside.The opportunity to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" also gradually mature.But if we do not change the status of Chinese farmers in the entire national governance system,and do not unclog Chinese farmers' interest expression channels,and do not solve the problem of farmers' interest expression efficiency,and do not establish the realization of the interests of the peasants and safeguard mechanism,we are impossible to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" fundamentally.In order to further optimize the rural governance way and achieve the country further development,the paper based on defining the connotation and characteristic of rural governance and elaborating the polycentric governance theory,from the time dimension summarize the evolution history of rural governance,from traditional society to the after the founding of new China,and after the reform and opening up.Then taking X village in Liping country in Guizhou province as an example,the paper analyze problems and the causes of problems in the process of X village governance.Aiming at the existing problems and reasons of X village in rural governance,the paper from two angles expounds the necessity and feasibility of the Internet participating in rural governance elaborates significance in the realistic.Then the paper analyze the " five type " management present situation and the deficiencies of X village in the background of the “Internet + ”.Finally aiming at these deficiencies,the paper proposes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The innovation of the study is starting from the actual problem,and basing on the polycentric governance theory,and combining theory with practice,from the perspective of the Internet to solve the problems that exist in the rural governance in the western of China,finally returning to the real issues.On the research methods,the paper uses the comparison research and the combination of case study method.The paper analyze the feasibility of the introduction Internet into rural governance through comparing the same case,the results of the different mode of rural governance.So as to provide reference for new rural governance mode.
