Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Governance In My Country

The report of the 19 th National Congress put forward that the improvement of the rural governance system that combines autonomy,rule of law,and governance is an inherent requirement for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and an important part of the implementation of the rural revitalization combination of autonomy,rule of law and rule by virtue means that rural governance rely on a certain aspect of governance resources alone.Taking A Street in Fangzi district of Weifang city as an example,this paper studies the pattern of rural governance in the new era,explores the deep problems of rural governance step by step,and tries to find the measures and methods to solve the real problems of rural governance.Starting from the details,this paper takes the current situation of street A as the logical starting point of the study,discusses the rural governance and its theoretical foundation,the current situation of rural governance after China’s reform and opening up-taking street A in Fangzi District of Weifang City as an example,and analyzes the problems and reasons of rural governance in China.Then the paper puts forward the ideas and countermeasures of improving rural governance,and finally puts forward the rural governance system combining autonomy,rule of law,and moral rule.Among them,The ideas and countermeasures for improving rural governance mainly include accelerating the transformation of township government functions,strengthening the construction of grassroots democracy,grasping the management of party members,strengthening the foundation of grass-roots party construction,strengthening the construction of villagers’ autonomy,and exploring the effective realization of the unity of villagers’ autonomy,the rule of law,and the rule of law.It is of great practical significance to focus on explaining the problems in rural governance.In general,A street,as a town street,is a microcosm of rural governance,reflecting to a certain extent the basic situation of rural governance in China.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the rural governance in China in depth,provide better follow and reference for the future rural governance,and lay a solid foundation for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
