Social Work Intervention Research On The Weak Participation Of The "Lao Piao Nationality" Community

In recent years,China’s urbanization rate has been increasing year by year,and the speed of population flow is also increasing rapidly.The “Trailing the old man” emerged as the times require,and the number of people is growing larger and larger.In recent years,our country has been vigorously advocating the construction of active aging,encouraging the elderly to actively participate in social activities and participate in community construction and activities.However,for “Trailing the old man”,how to quickly integrate into the new environment and into the new community is a new problem.The “Trailing the old man”are in a drifting state both physically and psychologically.They lack a sense of security and belonging seriously.They urgently need community participation and get peer support from them.How to change the weak participation status of “Trailing the old man” community and promote the “Trailing the old man” community participation quickly,actively and effectively is a problem worthy of study.Based on the theory of rational choice and social support,and taking J community in J city as the research position,12 people were selected from 60 "old drifters" and a "city old drifters" activity group was set up.The aim is to enhance the awareness of community participation of “Trailing the old man” through six group activities,tap their own potential,and make them fully use of activity resources and peer support.Finally,the author summarizes and evaluates the satisfaction of group activities,the awareness of community participation,the willingness to participate in the future,and the effectiveness of the activities.Research shows that through the intervention of team work,team members can understand the basic situation of the community as a whole,the functional scope of the community,the specific form and content of community participation.At the same time,they also built up self-confidence,made like-minded friends,and enhanced the awareness ofcommunity participation.In the future,we can be more proactive and actively involved in community activities and community consultation.At the end of this paper,the author puts forward some suggestions to promote the participation of “Trailing the old man” community:to enhance the awareness of “Trailing the old man” community participation;to build a platform for residents autonomy,to enrich the forms of “Trailing the old man” community participation,and to establish a long-term mechanism of “Trailing the old man”community participation.
