| Population aging and population mobility are significant population phenomena in China since the 21 st century.According to the data released by the national health and Health Commission in 2018,there are nearly 18 million elderly in China,accounting for 7.2% of the 247 million floating population in China.With the increase of the elderly population and the one-child family year by year,as well as the general trend of population mobility and urbanization in the future,it can be predicted that the scale of the elderly will continue to expand in the future.At present,the lack of relevant policies and regulations limits the welfare security of the elderly in rural areas.At the same time,due to the weakness of the elderly groups,they are more likely to have problems of maladjustment and integration in the immigration area,which will affect the physical and mental health of the elderly in their later years.Based on the definition of the concept of integration by scholars,this paper divides the indicators of community integration into three levels: individual level,family level and community level.Using the method of non participatory observation and semi-structured interview,we investigated 12 rural follow-up elders selected from y community,and found that at the personal level,the rural follow-up elders have poor sense of community belonging and self-identity;at the family level,poor family relationship,insufficient support of family feeling and family economic pressure;at the community level,small social network and community participation Low and low familiarity with community characteristics.Based on the needs of the elderly,this paper adopts the method of group work to intervene the community integration of the elderly.Through six group activities,the elderly who participated in the group improved their sense of self belonging andcommunity belonging.Through the evaluation,it is found that group activities have played a positive role in the integration of the rural elderly into the community.Based on the practical process of group work intervention,this paper summarizes and rethinks the mechanism of group work intervention in the community integration of the elderly in rural areas.Finally,based on the practical experience of group work intervention and the theory of differential order pattern,this paper puts forward the strategy of social work intervention in the community integration of the elderly in rural areas.In the early stage of integration,we should carry out similar activities,attract individual participation,and complete the integration of individual self level;in the middle stage of integration,we should strengthen the emotional support of the elderly in rural areas,promote the participation of group activities,and complete the individual In the later period of integration,the social memory of the elderly in rural areas will be reconstructed by embedding the group into community organizations and activities,and finally the goal of community integration will be achieved. |
