| As the level of aging in our country worsens,the proportion of the aged population is on the rise.Looking at the world,our country is the country with the largest number of elderly people.Magritz once thought that the elderly who were confined to the home were vulnerable and that they were usually passive and were the prisoners who caused the pain.Nowadays,the status quo of our country’s old-age pension is not optimistic,especially in rural areas,and its development lags behind.As the young and middle-aged rural laborers go to work in large cities in succession,a large number of elderly people have become left-behind elderly people and their living conditions have drawn more and more attention from the community.At present,the research on the issue of the elderly in our country is mostly focused on the problem of providing for the aged,and there are few researches on the mental health and spiritual needs of the elderly.Community is the grassroots organization of state and social administration.Community plays a vital role in promoting community development.Community management can not be truly realized without community identity and participation.Community participation also affects the quality of life of left-behind elderly people.It is necessary to strengthen community building,improve the community support system,strengthen publicity and build a good public opinion environment for the community participation of left-behind elderly people.This article uses the group of elderly left-behind residents in H community in Xiushui County as the research object of the community participation problem.First,it conducts an on-site investigation in the H community,interviews the left-behind elderly in the community,and understands the basic conditions and relevant conditions of the H community and left-behind elderly people.The relevant literature,from the perspectives of participation motives,channels,fields,and methods,learns and explores and discovers a series of problems.For example,in the content of activities,many activities such as organizing self-cultivation,sports games and birthday parties are held,and the content lacks diversity.Therefore,the enthusiasm of residents to participate is not high.In addition,the development of activities requires a certain amount of channels for notification,and requires materials and manpower,which are the main factors affecting community participation.Secondly,five activities were carried out in the H community in Xiushui County,focusing on communityparticipation issues.After the activity was completed,questionnaires were used to conduct assessments to reflect the results of the five activities,and finally from the activity plans.The effect,group members,and social workers themselves reflect.This study is conducive to enriching the work practices of social work in the rural left-behind community for the elderly,so that left-behind old people can use the community to achieve self-development,re-understand themselves,correctly view self-worth,gain community status,enhance self-confidence,and achieve self-increase.The ability to cultivate a sense of belonging and responsibility in the community;on the other hand,the intervention of group work in rural left-behind elderly community participation can increase the awareness of left-behind elderly community participation,promote the physical and mental health of left-behind elderly groups,and add color to the old age. |
