Research On The Public Security Management Of Shanghai Metro

Nowadays,the acceleration of the urbanization process has led to the increasing population density and the pressure of transportation.On the other hand,over-exploitation of space resources on the ground due to crowded.In the development environment,we turned to the use of underground space.The subway has become an effective means of solving ground traffic contradictions because of the safety,high efficiency and punctuality.Shanghai metro developing quickly in recent years.617 km rail,366 stations were putting into operation at the end of 2016,average daily passenger more than 9 million people,operating mileage is now in the forefront of the world.At the same time,more stations and lines means more security risks.It will lead to security incidents if we do not pay attention on it.The incidents happened in metro are generally involved in public safety,the consequences are difficult to predict.It will bring huge losses to people's lives,property and adverse social impact.Therefore,it is the purpose of this study to learn how to take various measures to curb the occurrence of various types of accidents.Based on the theory of accident causation and system security,this paper analyzes the public safety of Shanghai metro by using literature research,case collection and interviewing.And puts forward three factors that affect the public safety of Shanghai metro:environmental factor(policy environment,social environment and production site environment),human factor(passenger and staff)and technical factors(hardware configuration,prevention system and safety assessment).Based on the analysis of the above three factors,this paper analyzes the current situation and management problems of Shanghai Metro.It is suggested that if we want to improve the public security management of the Shanghai subway,a sound legal framework should be established,the security responsibility of the whole people should be improved,the security system should be continuously improved,the overall prevention and control system should be built and the third party safety assessment should be comprehensively introduced.Shanghai Metro should learn the needs of the government and the community,make up the ability of the "short board",advances the industry standard,use "Internet+"technologies to explore the industry-leading security management.Providing the high quality and convenient public products.
