| The physical quality ability has a great influence on the students of dance major.Especially in the dance performance and the daily learning of dance,students mostly generate strength through their limbs and apply them to external objects in the dance process,so that their bodies or devices can move.Through the observation of the dance training,it is found that many teachers prefer the physical strength training and the basic skill training of students.They tend to ignore the strength training in the middle part of the students’ body.This study combines core strength training with dance daily training to explore the influence of core strength training on the physical quality of Dance Majors in Colleges and universities.This paper mainly uses four methods: literature review,expert interview,experiment and data statistics.40 Dance Majors in Colleges and universities are selected for core strength training.All students are divided into two groups,one group is the experimental group and the other is the control group.The control group trains according to the daily dance learning plan.Besides the daily dance training,the experimental group needs to add additional core strength Related exercises for.Finally,the change of the experimental index of two groups of students is used to determine whether the core strength training has an impact on the physical quality of the dancing majors.The data measured before the experiment were compared with the indicators measured after 9 weeks.The results were as follows:1.through the comparison of the data before and after the experiment,it can be seen that the strength quality,endurance quality,sensitive quality and speed quality of the students in the experimental group have been improved.But the flexibility of the experimental group did not change significantly before and after the experiment.2.through the comparison of the data before and after the experiment of the control group,it is found that the students in the control group have a small change in flexibility quality,speed quality,endurance quality,sensitive quality and strength quality.But compared with the previous indexes,the range of improvement or decline has no significant change,which is basically at the same level before the experiment.3.after comparing the data of experimental group and control group,the indexes of experimental group were more obvious than that of control group.But in the test of the post bending bridge,the difference between the two groups is not obvious.The following conclusions can be drawn:1.core strength training can greatly improve the basic physical quality of Dance Majors2.the improvement of the flexibility of Dance Majors by core strength training is not obvious3.core strength training can help dance students improve their posture... |
