With the rapid development and wide application of information technology,fragmented learning,personalized learning and open education have become the main characteristics of education in the information age.Because it is short,concise,flexible,diverse,and convenient to learn,they're welcomed by the majority of learners.This study takes the observation method.According to the characteristics of micro-lectures and primary school English,taking the winning primary school English micro-lectures of the Third Chinese Micro-lecture Competition as the research objects,the author developed the analysis framework from the aspects of teaching technology and teaching design,adopted quantitative and qualitative analysis,observed teaching technology and teaching design of superior primary school English micro-lectures,collected data,filled in the observation forms,analyzed the data,then explored the general characteristics of superior primary school English micro-lectures and tried to find out the difference between the winning grade and teaching technology or teaching design,in order to provide reference for those teachers who want to make micro-lectures in the future.According to the observation results,the study summarized the characteristics of the superior micro-lectures of primary school English from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching activities,teaching methods,teaching resources and teaching techniques,then summarized their common points.The content is small but fine,teaching activities are relatively complete,teaching methods are relatively flexible,teaching resources are relatively rich,and the technology is also fantastic.By researching the general characteristics of superior primary school English micro-lectures,the author puts forward the thinking and suggestion: Regulation strategy,communication strategy,motive interest,cultural consciousness,especially the cross culture consciousness should be strengthened.Teaching content should be expanded.Also the production technology should serve the teaching.
