Talking About The Characteristics Of School Running And Actor Training Of The China National Ballet Dance School

As the leading professional ballet performing group in China,the Central Ballet Troupe has accumulated some valuable experience and cultural property in its creation and performance.Since 2015,the Central Ballet Troupe has started ballet education in secondary schools with the aim of cultivating excellent ballet talents for China and being able to stay on the ballet stage.In view of this young cause of dance education,the Central Ballet Troupe has also made extensive collection and learned from various sources,forming an educational module with both a completed teaching system and a special style.After four years of teaching and performance practice,the results are beginning to show.Therefore,this paper combs and analyses the characteristics of the dance school run by the Central Ballet Troupe and the training mode of actors,and draws a scientific and effective means of education,and takes the dance drama "Nine-color Deer" created by the troupe and the school as the research object to analyze and test its educational achievements.The purpose is to affirm the advantages of the Central Ballet Troupe in running schools,and to provide reference for the establishment of professional dance schools in the future.
