In order to explore the accordance between vocational school students’ career aptitude and selected vocation, and its relationship with academic achievement, a senior vocational school students of five different occupational aptitude in Wuhan were tested. The TEST tool is "Holland professional aptitude test Scale". Vocational aptitude classification also uses" Holland professional aptitude theory" in the Field of Education, the accordance between vocational school students’ career aptitude and selected vocation, and its relationship with academic achievement was tested. The results show:(1) There were significant differences among vocational school students’ career aptitude, and the differences were in line with Holland professional aptitude theory’s forecast. "Holland professional aptitude test Scale" has high reliability and validity, can be used as vocational school students career aptitude assessment tools. (2) There showed no significant differences in vocational aptitude between different classes, indicating that students did not fully consider the impact of their career aptitude for the future in choice of profession. (3) Vocational aptitude not only affected Scores of professional subjects, it also affected the student’s common subjects. (4)To students in vocational of E-commerce and hotel management, vocational aptitude had a significant impact on student achievement, the relationship between the two was a significant positive correlation. (5) As the courses were such different from other vocational professions, the social and cultural arts students’ performance did not show significant impact from Career aptitude.
