Research On The Masters And Nyams Mgur Of The Paths Of Bodhi Path (Nyams Mgur)

This thesis is based on the ideas of the old and new factions of Gwadam,and sorted them out clearly.First of all;a detailed introduction was given to the?The Bodhi Path theory?by Master Tsongkhapa.Secondly,the origins and subsequent developments of the?The Bodhi Path theory?are listed and discussed.Finally,from the literary point of view;we had a study and discussion on the Lamrim arithmetic,which means the practical panegyric.The body of this article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter gives a general introduction to the?The Bodhi Path theory?,that is,how to understand the Lamrim,and also briefly dispels and analyzes related terms.Secondly,it introduces Lamrim s characteristics and main contents,and talks about the learning and the experience.After set the above common sense knowledge as the entry point,and after sorting out a lot of materials and conducting comparative arguments,we concluded that this masterpiece?The Bodhi Path theory?was written in what time,which place,what causes,and under what circumstances.After that;this paper compiled the source of the citations of?The Bodhi Path theory)in the form of a list,and compared it with Ganzhuer,Danzhuer and many other materials like Gwadam's Lamrim arithmetic,?spyod vjug chen mo?,?byang chub lam skron?.The second and third chapters of the thesis are teaching inheritance of?The Bodhi Path theory?.Amongthe second chapter,accordingto the citations and quotations of?The Bodhi Path theory?,we listed the inheritance from Buddha Sakyamuni to Tsongkhapa,the inheritance through the DeepView faction,BroadedActive faction and the GreatExperience faction which are emerged in ancient Hindu.Lamrim inheritance of the BroadedActive faction was rise under the"byams chos sde Inga",Lamrim inheritance of the DeepView faction which rise under the "dbu ma riks tshogs(Madhyamaka)",Lamrim inheritance of the GreatExperience faction which rise under the "spyod vjug" and "bslab btus".These factions have gone to the same way in a period time,and finally concentrated on the?Bodhi Road Lamp Theory?Atisha,which has since started the Lamrim study on the Tibetan land.After listed many different opinions on?Bodhi Road Lamp Theory?is accomplished on when,where,what,and how,we came to own conclusion at final.During the Gwadam period,Atisha had teach?Bodhi Road Lamp Theory?to its pupil whose name is called by "vbrom ston pa",then "vbrom ston pa" has passed to his three most famous disciples and they created the faction of "Gadam Lamrimpa","gzhung pa ba"and "gdams ngag pa".The inheritance pedigree of the three factions from the founder to the Tsongkhapa master has been discussed through a form of a concise and clear chart.This paper had the study on the real teaching inheritance of Lamrim(Bodhi road).According to the teaching inheritance,those taught content has been divided into eight lecture notes and the eighteen lecture notes as well,and the inheritance branch is mainly divided into“gtsang faction”,"dbus faction”and the "South faction".The branch and the lecture notes are presented in a concise and graphical form.And then we discussed on the commentary of?the Bodhi path theory),which is called?mchan bzhi sbrags ma?.We introduced each notes first,and then described the reason for publishing it in the form of four home combined.Because of the heritance of the?mchan bzhi sbrags ma?is related with the heritance of?the Bodhi path theory?,we had comparison and discussion on both of them.And made some comparison and conclusion of those independent inheritor who were been the Lamrim synthesizer like "yongsvzin ye shes rgyal mthsan","skyabs rje pha bong kha","bla brang dge bshes shes rab rkya mtsho","khang dkar thsul khrims skal bzang".The 4th chapter of the paper is mainly based on the literary characteristics of the practical panegyric and the arithmetic of ideological cultivation.After the arithmetic of ideological cultivation origins from the ancient Hindu and then passed down to Tibet,there have been emerged a lot of arithmetic which are easy to remember,particularly those arithmetic made according to the practice of the Gadarr Lamrim.After the arithmetic has been passed down to the Tsongkhapa one by one,he wrote a number of practical panegyrics and the arithmetic of ideological cultivations about Lamrim and widely circulated them for the people.As a result,many various literary works of the Lamrim practical panegyrics and the arithmetic of ideological cultivations have been emerged during the"dgelugs" period.The practical panegyrics and the arithmetic of ideological cultivations have important literary and artistic values in both content and form,this paper has listed them as a Tibetan traditional literature and named it as "the literature of ideological cultivations".The mair content involves all kinds of prayers and blessings,especially involves the aversion of the world and producing centrifugation.Both telling about the merits of Bodhicitta and the knowing on Deep emptiness view by the six Prajna are important contents in the practical panegyric and ideological cultivations arithmetic.From the perspective of literary thought,the theory mentioned above could help us to knowing ourselves,and could promote the social integrity of self-reliance,and urge us to understand many profound theories,which seem to be comparable to the ideological value of literature and art.In addition,in terms of expression,not only the rich and varied forms of literature art,but also the style of the poems,and it also has the image metaphor and rich imagery of literature art.It also has the features of compact structure,rich sense of hierarchy,fast space,and squats of Song poetry.This article has particularly carried out detailed research and discussion from the perspectives of the true,the goodness and the beautiful of literature art.The last part of the thesis is own writing inspiration.The appendixes are some tree map of The Bodhi Path theory and some precious pictures,a comparative chart of the eighteen lecture notes of The Bodhi Path theory and the comparative chart of Biography of master Tsongkhapa.and listed some book catalogues about "The Bodhi Path" succession which are according to the Gelugs sect bibliography.
