Research On The Poems Of Master Tsongkhapa

Many scholars all over the world have been studying the most distinctive poems of Zongkha pa's numerous masterpieces,through comparing the critical documents written about him and reading the experiences of his study path and biographies.These distinctive poems have not just been influenced by the Buddhist belief but also by the form of The Mirror of Poem(me long ma),which was composed by Vasubandhu.Comparing Zongkha pa's poems with other scholars'poems,his poems have been considered as outstanding for their well-organized expressive terms and the meaning they express.It is universally acknowledged that Zongkha pa's poems are the paradigm of all the other poems and contributed to the improvement of Tibetan poetry through their exceptionally high level of description and soul,thus,becoming models and sources of influence both in the past and present.The title of my thesis is "An Analysis of Zongkha pa's Poems".Those poems are classics in Tibetan literature.So.this thesis analyzes the way of description,the sentence structures used in Zongkha pa's poems and the importance of the differentiation of the diverse literary forms.It also shows the role of Zongkha pa's poems as models and classics among traditional Tibetan poems.Moreover,this thesis extracts the vividness of the poems according to the merits of characteristics of the art of poems.This thesis is divided into five sections.Each section has then been divided into several parts to newly differentiate the goal and significance of the thesis.In addition,it used logic and scriptural authority to present the perspectives of Zongkha pa and his teacher towards poems,the connections between Zongkha pa and goddess svarasvati,the attribute-basis and attribute of the Four Great Praises and the merits of poems of the Three Biographies.Moreover,this thesis analyzes the meaning of the topics presented in the poems,as well as the words and ways used to do so.In particular,it analyzes those in terms of the criticism of both ancient and modern scholars and bibliography that is mainly written in Tibetan and Chinese.
