With the increasing popularity of Chinese,more and more countries have set up Chinese courses.Meanwhile,the number of overseas students studying Chinese in China is also increasing year by year.Therefore,the demand for TCFL teachers is also on the rise.TCFL teachers are not only engaged in Chinese teaching activities,but also shoulder the historical mission of spreading Chinese culture.Excellent TCFL teachers should not only have good teaching ability and professional teaching quality,but also have certain classroom management ability,so as to conduct teaching activities more efficiently and smoothly.Chinese as a foreign language in classroom,this paper explores teachers’ classroom management behavior,through the questionnaire survey to seventy Chinese as a foreign language teachers as well as on a visit to some teachers,teachers in Chinese as a foreign language classroom to self management,management of the students,the management of the classroom environment and the management of classroom rules of management behavior,analyzes the Chinese as a foreign language teacher in the four aspects of classroom management behavior and management effect,finally puts forward some reference Suggestions for teachers’ classroom management effect,want to improve Chinese as a foreign language teacher’s classroom management efficiency has a certain reference value. |
