| Fable idiom is an important content in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,it can not only expand students’ Chinese vocabulary,improve the ability and level of Chinese communication and written expression,but also help students to better understand and learn the relevant cultural knowledge,which has the dual educational significance of vocabulary and culture.However,due to the rich connotation,low semantic transparency and particularity of fable idioms,it is difficult for Chinese learners to teach Chinese as a foreign language.The comprehensive course is the main course of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,which undertakes the most important task of teaching Chinese knowledge.Therefore,this paper takes the comprehensive course of Chinese as a foreign language as the main category of the study,and tries to make a deep investigation and research on the teaching of fable idioms.This article is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background and significance of this topic.The first part of the introduction classifies and combs the existing research results on fable idioms,and summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the relevant research from two aspects: the ontology study of fable idioms and the teaching research of fable idioms.As the main reference and breakthrough direction of this paper,the main contents and methods of this paper are determined.The second part mainly starts with the introduction of the definition,characteristics and development and changes of fable idioms,and expounds the significance of fable idioms teaching in the comprehensive course of Chinese as a foreign language.The third part is an investigation on the present situation of fable idioms teaching in the comprehensive course of Chinese as a foreign language.This paper selects four sets of widely used comprehensive teaching materials,investigates the teaching arrangements of fable idioms,and investigates the international Chinese learners and teachers of Chinese as a foreign language through the form of questionnaires.It truly grasps the situation of students’ mastery of fable idioms and the actual situation of teachers’ teaching of fable idioms,and presents the current teaching situation of fable idioms in the comprehensive course of Chinese as a foreign language.According to the situation reflected in the investigation,the fourth part summarizes the problems existing in the teaching of fable idioms in the current comprehensive course of Chinese as a foreign language.Among them,the main problems that need to be improved are the inadequate explanation of meaning,the neglect of grammar teaching,the neglect of theinfluence of learners’ mother tongue culture,the lack of flexibility in teaching methods,and the lack of relevant exercises.In the fifth part,in view of the problems existing in the current teaching,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the teaching of fable idioms in the comprehensive course of Chinese as a foreign language,such as optimizing the explanation of fable idioms,flexibly using a variety of teaching methods and enriching the contents of classroom exercises.This paper tries to contribute to the further development and perfection of fable idioms teaching practice in the comprehensive course of Chinese as a foreign language. |
