Investigation And Research On The Language Landscape Of The Five Sacred Mountains Of China

"Linguistic landscape" is an academic concept put forward by American linguistic circles in the 1980 s.Based on the related theories and methods of linguistic landscape,this paper collects 6139 effective samples from the language landscape of the Five Sacred Mountains.It quantifies and qualitatively analyzes the linguistic landscape of the Five Sacred Mountains from the three aspects of "code preference and presentation","language use situation","naming features and motivation".The problems existing in the construction and suggestions are put forward.The study found that the relations of language power reflected by the official and commercial language landscape of the Five Sacred Mountains are the same,that Chinese occupies an absolute advantage,English is a strong foreign language,and the language service of Songshan has the highest international level.The code presentation of the Five Sacred Mountains is mainly based on the traditional language,and the traditional cultural atmosphere is strong,but there are some problems,such as not standardized,lack of personality.The use of language and language is basically in conformity with the standard,but the use of Chinese characters,phonetic alphabet,English and symbol is not all standardized.The name of the name of the Five Sacred Mountains business store is reflected The traditional culture,modern culture and foreign culture are both antagonistic and integrated in the Five Sacred Mountains.The relationship between the cultural power and power is in the dynamic change.It also shows a certain difference between the north and the south.The nomenclature of the study of the Calligraphy Landscape of the Five Sacred Mountains has been found that the Buddhist culture and the Confucian cultural atmosphere in the Taishan Mountain are the most strong,and the Taoist culture and Taoism in Huashan Mountain the most strong cultural atmosphere is,Hengshan Mountain is mainly Buddhist belief,Hengshan Mountain is dominated by Taoist belief,The demarcation line of Taoist culture and Buddhist culture are clearly in Songshan Mountain,Buddhist cultural atmosphere is more strong,Shaolin Kungfu is unique.On the basis of the above conclusions,the article makes a brief assessment of the Linguistic landscape of the Five Sacred Mountains from four aspects of theinternationalization,standardization,rationalization and characteristic.The Five Sacred Mountains should pay more attention to the internationalization of language services,strengthen the standardization of the language landscape,from the content and presentation of the signs,and so on.We should make adjustments to build a language landscape that meets the needs of the public and highlights the cultural characteristics of the Five Sacred Mountains.
