Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Public Cultural Services In Dalian Museums

The "public cultural service" is the main content of the public service provided by the government to meet the basic cultural needs of the citizens.It is one of the contents to measure the socialist construction of our country.A good modern public culture service system is an important foundation for strengthening China’s own soft power.As a region for the national civilized city,Dalian has been working to build a complete,sustainable and generalized cultural system.There are great breakthroughs and changes in the content of Contemporary Museum Cultural Services.In Dalian,we have a natural museum with hundreds of years history and Dalian Museum showing the changes in the times of modern Dalian.It is not only a platform for learning and communication of the masses,a place for us to inherit experiences,to learn,to think and to live,but also an indicator of human civilization and social development.Through the questionnaire,this paper investigates the tourists’ feeling to the public cultural service of Dalian Museum from five aspects of the museum’s basic facilities,professional services,public education,communication platform and commercial value.After sorting and analyzing all kinds of public cultural service information in the Museum of Dalian,this paper explains the current situation and problems of public cultural services in Dalian museum,and analysed deeply the reasons for the problems.It is found by researching that the number of Dalian museum exhibits is small,and the disequilibrium in both distribution and regional,the service hardware,software,culture,service and other aspects of the museum all have different degrees of influences on the public’s visit and cultural experience.Then,in the analysis of the mature cases of other international and domestic urban museums that have been implemented,according to the practical problems of the public cultural service of the Dalian Museum,from the innovation of the museum thought,the importance of the museum hardware infrastructure construction and the reform of the traditional management model,the management effect and service consciousness of the museum are enhanced,and the service consciousness is enhanced.Improving the educational function of the museum,promoting the cooperation,training and introducing talent of the museum,using the new media to enhance the influence of the museum,and relying on the museum to create the surrounding products,give some rationalization proposals.We are in an era of cultural rise.In the background of advocating innovation and development,we hope that we can draw a conclusion from the study of Dalian and make better work of Museum innovation.We hope to provide valuable reference for the development of National Museum’s public cultural service.
