Research On Public Cultural Services Of Inner Mongolia Natural History Museum

In recent years,the popular phenomenon of "museum craze" not only reflects that museums have become one of people’s daily leisure and entertainment methods,but also an important bridge for spreading excellent traditional Chinese culture,promoting the socialist core value system,and strengthening cultural confidence.As a museum focused on scientific natural ecology,natural museums provide a way for the general public to understand,approach,and approach nature,and play a crucial role in the construction of public cultural service systems.The Inner Mongolia Natural Museum is a museum with distinctive features of natural resources in the Pan Arctic Circle and integrated collection and display functions,which is unique in the domestic museum industry.However,in terms of its current level of public cultural services,there is still a certain gap compared to domestic first-class museums.This article takes Inner Mongolia Natural Museum as the research object,first defining the concepts of public cultural services and natural museums.Based on the theory of new public services and new museum science,it sorts out the current situation of public cultural services in Inner Mongolia Natural Museum through literature reading,data collection and sorting,survey questionnaires.Secondly,through the collection and analysis of big data,it was found that there are still shortcomings in service facilities,service content,talent team construction,service efficiency,and other aspects.For example,insufficient experience in leisure and entertainment facilities;Cultural and creative products are innovative but not new;Inadequate personnel allocation;Delayed information construction,etc.Once again,based on reality and relevant theories,it is found that the main reasons for the current difficulties in the public cultural services of Inner Mongolia Natural History Museum are: shortage of funds,rigid systems,inadequate publicity,and poor communication between supply and demand.Finally,in response to the above issues,we propose optimization paths such as improving service facilities,multi-party cooperation,innovative activities,opening up new models for cultural and creative development,strengthening talent team construction,and accelerating the construction of digital museums.We are in an era of cultural rejuvenation.Against the backdrop of promoting a strong cultural nation,I hope to draw conclusions from the research on public cultural services at the Inner Mongolia Natural Museum,provide suggestions for museum construction,and provide valuable suggestions for the development direction of public cultural services at the National Museum.
