Research On The Public Cultural Service Optimization Of The Two Tombs Museum Of The Southern Han Dynasty Based On The Needs Of College Students Visitors

As an important part of the public cultural service system,museums carry the important mission of cultural inheritance,serve the construction of a strong cultural country,and are conducive to the cultivation of national cultural confidence.As the Party and the state attach great importance to youth work,young people have gradually become the main body to carry forward excellent traditional culture and strengthen cultural confidence,and college students are in the youth age.Meanwhile,the Museum of the Two Tombs of the Southern Han Dynasty is located in the university town of Guangzhou,which is surrounded by many universities.This paper takes the visitors of college students as the research object.By means of questionnaire survey and interview,a survey was conducted on college students visitors to understand their demands and satisfaction with the public cultural services of the Museum of the Two Tombs of the Southern Han Dynasty,and suggestions were put forward to optimize the public cultural services of the Museum of the Two Tombs of the Southern Han Dynasty based on the demands of college students visitors,so as to promote the precision of the public cultural services of the Museum of the Two Tombs of the Southern Han Dynasty.First of all,the paper introduces the background of topic selection,research content,research status and research methods,defines the core concepts of public cultural service and museum public cultural service,explains the "new public service theory","Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory" and "new Museology theory" on which this paper is based,and lays a solid theoretical foundation for the writing of this paper.Through field investigation and interview,this paper summarizes the general situation of the public cultural service of the Museum of the Two Tombs of the Southern Han Dynasty in terms of content,facilities and personnel,and focuses on the content of the public cultural service of in terms of content,in six aspects,including exhibition,social and educational activities,volunteer service,publicity and promotion service,and cultural creative products.Secondly,through the analysis of the survey data of college students visitors,this paper understands the demands and satisfaction of college students visitor on the public cultural services of the museum of the Two Tombs of the Southern Han Dynasty,and summarizes the main problems existing in the public cultural services of the museum of the Two Tombs of the Southern Han Dynasty from the perspective of the needs of college students visitors in five aspects: professional talent strength,service content and form,basic service facilities,digital construction and educational functions.Finally,On the basis of the previous research,aiming at the five aspects of problems,from the five aspects of perfecting service facilities,enriching service content,attaching importance to educational functions,focusing on new science and technology,seeking multi-party cooperation based on the needs of college students visitors,the public cultural service optimization suggestions for the Museum of the Two Tombs of the Southern Han Dynasty are given.
