Clinical Study Of Shenshi Qingshen Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease With Yin Deficiency And Internal Heat Type 1-3 Proteinuria

Objective: This research has observed the clinical effects of Shen's Qing Shen Decoction in treatment of Yinxuneire-of Chronic Kidney Disease stage 1-3(CKD1-3)Proteinuria,and to assess the efficacy and security of the patient's treatment of CKD Proteinuria in order to provide evidence-based medical evidence for further clinical promotion.Method: In this study,we collected 70 cases of Chronic kidney disease patients from July 2015 to Dec 2018 in the Shanghai Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the different treatment measures,he cases were divided into two groups,the treatment group(35 cases)and the control group(35 cases).The control group in addition use nephritis rehabilitation tablets.The two groups were given conventional treatment for 12 weeks;In addition,the treatment group was treated with Shen's Qing Shen Decoction on the basis of routine treatment.During this period of time,we observed changes in patients before and after treatment by comparing the laboratory indicators,TCM syndrome score,adverse reactions and so on.All data were statistically analyzed by medical statistics software SPSS25.0,with P<0.05 as a statistically significant difference.Result: 1,After treatment,both groups can reduce 24-hour urinary protein quantity and amount of serum albumin(P<0.05),?From the results,the treatment group was more evident than control group(P<0.05).(1)When comparing with ORR(overall response rate): ORR of the treatment group is 93.8%,ORR of the control group is 64.7%.Compare with the results of these two groups,the meaning within the Statistics is obvious clear(P<0.01).(2)Comparison of TCM Syndrome Points: after medical treatment,result of the treatment group was significantly lower than before(P<0.01),and also lower than the control group(P<0.01).2,There was no serious adverse reactions happened during research period.The hemoglobin and RBC became higher in the control group than the treatment group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in WBC,PLT,total bilirubin,AST,GGT and Scr between the two groups(P>0.05)Conclusion: Shen's Qing Shen Decoction can improve clinical efficacy effectively.And can also reduce 24-hour urinary protein quantity,increase the amount of serum albumin,improve TCM syndrome score and also has the advantage on improving,improve clinical treatment efficiency.Has the advantage on improving index of triglyceride and cholesterol.Most importantly,Shen's Qing Shen Decoction has no serious adverse reactions at all.
