| Objective: Observe the clinical curative effect, on the basis of therapy in westernmedicine, add Zi-ni-shen-yan-yi-hao-fang to the patients with chronic nephritic proteinuriaspleen and kidney deficiency type, and discusses the advantages of integrated traditionaland feasibility on the treatment of this disease, it’s the foundation for the furtherimprovement and the promotion formula.Methods:The study collects patients with chronic nephritis50cases, and they wererandomly divided into two groups, the treatment group,25cases and the control group,25cases. The control group were treated with western medicine therapy,for controlling theprotein’s intake, decompression, anticoagulation and drop proteinuria. The treatment groupbased on the western medicine treatment were combined withZi-ni-shen-yan-yi-hao-fang,and the period of treatment is two months. Observe the clinicalsymptoms, signs and the laboratory’s index changes, and grades the symptoms and signsbased on quantitatively to make curative effect evaluation.Results: Chronic nephritic proteinuria of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment’squantitative score: The treatment group’s total effectiveness is88.0%; The control group’stotal effectiveness is68.0%. Patients of the treatment after using medicine had statisticalsignificance (p <0.01). The treatments group and the controls in chronic nephriticproteinuria’s reducing have significant difference.But compared with the control group,reduce albuminuria’s effect is better.Conclusion: Zi-ni-shen-yan-yi-hao-fang to nephritis with western medicine treatmentof chronic nephritic proteinuria’s foundation, can significantly improve patients’ body fatigue, loss of appetite, waist pain etc clinical performance, which shows the advantage ofintegrated traditional treatment of this disease.whether to help reduce chronic nephriticproteinuria remains to Large samples for further study. |
