A Clinical Study Of Huangqi Shengmai Powder In The Treatment Of Ventricular Premature Beats (Qi And Yin Deficiency Type)

Objective:This topic mainly discusses the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of Huang Qi Sheng Mai powder in the treatment of ventricular premature beat(qi and Yin deficiency)through case control study,and provides further theoretical and practical basis for the treatment of this type of ventricular premature beat in traditional Chinese medicine.Method:A randomized,controlled study was conducted to select 70 cases of patients with premature ventricular beats(PVCS)with TCM syndromes of Qi and Yin deficiency that met the criteria and divided them into control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with Propafenone Hydrochloride Tablets,and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of Propafenone Hydrochloride Tablets.There were 35 cases in each group,and the treatment cycle was 8 weeks in both the experimental group and the control group.By means of two groups before and after treatment of palpitation TCM syndrome integral,curative effect evaluation of ventricular premature beat,outcome of syndromes and Holter of ventricular premature beat several comparing observation,statistical analysis and the research results,further conclude that to assess astragalus membranous raw pulse are scattered in the treatment of Qi and Yin deficiency type on the clinical significance of ventricular premature beat.At the same time,the liver and kidney functions,blood and urine routine of the patients before and after the experiment were examined to determine the safety significance of Huang Qi Sheng Mai powder in the treatment of premature ventricular beats with qi and Yin deficiency.Result:(1)After 8 weeks of treatment,both of the control group and the experimental group showed a decrease in the number of ventricular premature beats in the dynamic electrocardiogram,but the efficacy of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 80.00% in the control group and 91.43% in the experimental group.The therapeutic effect rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P <0.05).(3)After 8 weeks of treatment,both the experimental group and the control group can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of palpitation,shortness of breath,dizziness,fatigue and thirst.The TCM syndrome score of the experimental group after treatment was lower than that of the control group.The improvement of symptoms was higher than the control group,and the difference in syndrome score was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the control group was 65.71%;The total effective rate of the experimental group was91.43%.The treatment effect of experimental group was higher than that of control group.There was difference between the experimental group and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Through this study,it can be proved that Huang Qi Sheng Mai powder is effective in treating premature ventricular beats with Qi and Yin deficiency.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and syndrome manifestations of patients,effectively reduce the frequency of patients with ventricular premature beat,clinical application of high safety,for the treatment of ventricular premature beat has a very good effect,further verify the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ventricular premature beat.
