| Objective:Through clinical observation,the clinical efficacy and safety of Yangxinshengmai particles in treatment of Qi and Yin deficiency type of ventricular premature beats.Methods:In this study,a total income of 63 patients who met the standard were randomly divided into two groups:32 in the experimental group and 31 patients in the control group.The control group was treated with metoprolol tartrate.The experimental group was based on the oral treatment of metoprolol tartrate in western medicine and it was combined with the Yangxinshengmai particles.Both the experimental group and the treatment group were treated for eight weeks.Two groups of patients were recorded before and after the treatment of TCM symptoms,Holter changes and the safety indexes in changes of before and after treatment.Results:I.The outcome of Western medicine observation indicators:(1)The number of ventricular premature beats:After eight weeks of treatment,the number of ventricular premature beats in both groups decreased.Compared between the two groups,the experimental group had better curative effect(P<0.05)?(2)To compare the efficacy between the two groups by Holter:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 78.1%.The total effective rate of the control group was 45.2%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.(P<0.05)(3)Ventricular premature beat load:After treatment,both the experimental group and the control group showed a significant decrease in the ventricular premature beat load.Compared between groups,P<0.05,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.(4)Evaluation of the effect of Lown grading:The total effective rate of evaluation of the effect of Lown grading in the experimental group was 75%.The total effective rate in the control group was 41.9%.The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).II.Observation indexes on the efficacy of Chinese medicine:(1)total score of TCM syndrome scale:after treatment,the total score of patients in both groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)efficacy evaluation of TCM score scale:the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.7%,and that of the control group was 61.3%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)the TCM symptom scale single integral:experimental group and control group in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)before and after the single integral decline,in the experimental group patients heart palpitations,shortness of breath,insomnia,three single symptom integral of traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).(4)single integral efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine:single integral efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment group total effective rate in addition to the sweat this individual is slightly lower than the control group,the total effective rate in the rest of the single index of traditional Chinese medicine were higher than the control group.The efficacy evaluation of palpitation,shortness of breath,chest tightness and five-perturbed fever in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with metoprolol tartrate alone,joint Yangxinshengmai particles can significantly reduce the number of ventricular premature beat,improve the total effective rate of dynamic electrocardiogram curative effect evaluation,reduce ventricular premature beat load,increase Lown grading curative effect evaluation;Yangxinshengmai particles has an improved effect on TCM syndromes of Qi-yin Two deficiency of heart palpitations,which can improve the clinical symptom of patients with premature ventricular syndrome,Improve the quality of life;Y Yangxinshengmai particles can effectively relieve the Qi Yin Two deficiency of ventricular premature beats palpitation,shortness of breath,fatigue,chest tightness,mouth dry,self sweating,insomnia and other symptoms,improve the patients the quality of life.There is no adverse reaction before and after taking medicine.Shows the safety of the combined use of e effect of single integration in TCM:The total effective rate of the experimental group was slightly lower than that of the control group,and the total efficiency of the other Chinese medicine indexes was higher than that in the control group.The efficacy of the four indicators,such as heart palpitation,shortness of breath,chest tightness,and fi-ve perturbations,was significantly higher than that in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with metoprolol tartrate alone,joint Yangxinshengmai particles can significantly reduce the number of ventricular premature beat,improve the total effective rate of dynamic electrocardiogram curative effect evaluation,reduce ventricular premature beat load,increase Lown grading curative effect evaluation;Yangxinshengmai particles has an improved effect on TCM syndromes of Qi and Yin deficiency of heart palpitations,which can improve the clinical symptom of patients with premature ventricular syndrome,Improve the quality of life;Y Yangxinshengmai particles can effectively relieve the Qi Yin Two deficiency of ventricular premature beats palpitation,shortness of breath,fatigue,chest tightness,mouth dry,self sweating,insomnia and other symptoms,improve the patients the quality of life.There is no adverse reaction before and after taking medicine.Shows the safety of the combined use of Yangxinshengmai particles.In conclusion:Yangxinshengmai particles is safe and effective in the treatment of two deficiency ventricular premature beats and can be applied to clinic. |
