Research On Ancient And Modern Documents Based On The Characteristics Of Tanzhong Acupoints

Objective:Examine and clarify the pronunciation,naming,aliasing,origin,connotation,location,clinical application law(preponderant disease system,preponderant disease species,select acupoints,commonly used acupoints group)of acupoints of Danzhong Point in ancient and modern literatures and acupuncture-moxibustion method etc.It provides the literature basis for the clinical use of point Danzhong,and provides the train of thought and reference for the late clinical and scientific research experiments.Methods:By consulting the ancient and modern literature on Danzhong acupoint,and using the methods of literature research,inductive summary,statistical analysis,data clustering analysis,the paper aims to summarize the contents of Danzhong acupoint and mainly discuss its law of clinical application.Results:There are 3352 sentences in ancient literature,and 516 sentences about clinical application of acupoints are selected,among which there are 191 sentences about single acupoint application and 325 sentences about acupoint matching.According to the frequency from high to low,the diseases of different systems the single acupoint curing are lung diseases(43.80%),spleen and stomach diseases(29.97%),Qi,blood and fluid diseases(13.54%),heart diseases(8.93%),and mammary diseases(3.75%).Treatment of Symptoms by the frequency of high to low ranking for getting in but not out,heart and chest pain,cough and Qi inversion,chest such as blocked,cough,saliva pus,choking,not under food,throat wheezing,etc.According to the frequency from high to low,the diseases of different systems the acupoint matching curing are lung disease(32.62%),spleen-stomach disease(18.46%),qi-blood-fluid disease(16.62%),heart disease(12.00%),gynecological disease(8.31%),limb meridian disease(6.77%),hepatobiliary disease(5.23%).The specific symptoms in the order from high to low are cough,asthma,cough with dyspnea,chest pain,heart pain,choking gas and all that Qi disease,choking,cramps,vomiting,no milk,diaphragmatic pain,mastitis,breast pain,vomiting,nausea,etc..The frequency of compatibility acupoints is in the order from high to low:Zhongwan,Zusanli,Feishu,Daling,Juque,Tiantu,Qihai,Rugen,etc..The clustering results of the main matching acupoints were 1:Zusanli and Zhongwan;2:Feishu and Tiantu;3-1:Shaoze;3-2:Daling and Juque;3-3:Haiqi,Rugen and Gaohuang;3-4:Fengmen and Yufu;3-5:Zhongfu and Chize;3-6:Jianjing,Zhigou and Qimen;3-7:Xinshu,Laogong,Baihui;3-8:Xingjian,Sanyinjiao,Shuifen.The Meridians of the first five Meridians in the number and frequency of the main acupoints are Ren Meridians,bladder Meridians,stomach meridians,pericardium Meridians and Lung Meridians.There are 1191 modern literatures and 378 selected ones,among which 73 are single acupoints and 305 are matching acupoints.According to the frequency from high to low,the diseases of different systems the single acupoint curing are lung disease(45.95%),spleen and stomach disease(17.57%),heart disease(14.86%),limb meridian disease(8.11%),breast disease(5.41%),QI,blood and fluid disease(5.41%),liver and gall disease(2.70%).Treatment of symptoms in descending order are asthma(cough),hiccup,bronchitis,lumbar sprain,coronary heart disease angina,and so on.According to the frequency from high to low,the diseases of different systems the acupoint matching curing are lung diseases(24.01%),gynecological diseases(23.10%),spleen and stomach diseases(19.76%),heart diseases(14.59%),QI,blood and fluid diseases(8.51%),limb meridian diseases(5.1 7%),hepatobiliary diseases(3.04%)and other diseases(1.82%).The specific symptoms in the order from high to low are hiccup,asthma,less milk,Angina pectoris,hyperplasia of mammary glands,cough,Stagnation of Qi and disorder of Qi and all that,bronchitis,etc..The frequency of compatibility acupoints is in the order from high to low:Zusanli,Neiguan,Zhongwan,Feishu,Tiantu,Rugen,Taichong,Hegu,Sanyinjiao,Qihai,etc.The clustering results of the main acupoints were 1:Fei Yu;2:Zusanli,Zhongwan,Neiguan;3-1:Rugen,Shaoze;3-2:Tiantu,Dingchuan,Dazhui;3-3:Qihai,Jieshu,Sanyinjiao,Hegu,Taichong.The main Meridians with high frequency are stomach Meridians,Ren Meridians,pericardium Meridians,bladder Meridians and liver Meridians.Conclusion:First,"Dan" of the Danzhong acupoint is pronounced Dan,four tones.Second,the study has made clear the acupoint name,alias and their connotation.Third,this paper summarizes and compares the main therapeutic regularity of single and combined points of Danzhong acupoint in ancient and modern literature:The range of dominant diseases of single point of Danzhong point in modern literature is enlarged;The modern literature about curing diseases with matching acupoints is more concentrated;In the ancient and modern literature,the best matching acupoints are mainly air-tonifying and air-regulating acupoints;Ancient and modern literature Danzhong point compatibility treatment disease selected points Common Meridians are the same,there are ren Meridians,bladder Meridians,stomach Meridians,pericardium Meridians;Ancient and modern literature clustering results can be composed to commonly used acupoints group and can be used to guide the clinical point selection.Fourth,the main acupoint stimulation method of Danzhong point in modern literature has changed from ancient moxibustion to acupuncture.
