Based On Data Mining, Professor Gu Shizhe's Experience In The Treatment Of Depression With Combined Use Of Acupuncture And Medicine

Objective:Based on the method of data mining,to study the acupoint compatibility law and acupuncture-drug compatibility law of the well-known traditional Chinese medicine professor Gu Shizhe in the treatment of depression with clinical acupuncture and medicine,and to explore the experience of Professor Gu Shizhe in applying Danzhong acupoint based on literature research.Collect and analyze the cases of Professor Gu's treatment of depression and mine his diagnosis and treatment experience based on data mining technology.Methods:Descriptive analysis,association analysis,cluster analysis,etc.were performed on Professor Gu's prescriptions for acupuncture and medicine combined with treatment of depression by data mining technology,and core acupoint prescriptions,prescriptions and corresponding clustering groups were obtained.Based on the theory of Danzhong in the "Internal Classics" and the law of the use of Danzhong points in ancient acupuncture and moxibustion books,the literature research discusses the theoretical basis of Tanzhong points for the treatment of emotional diseases.Results:The data mining results of acupuncture points showed that Professor Gu used 88 acupoints,a total of 1,601 times.The most used acupoints were Danzhong,Sishencong,Baihui,Neiguan,Shenmen,Yintang,and Tianshu.The most frequently used meridian is the Ren meridian.The viscera differentiation mainly focuses on clearing the heart and calming the nerves,paying attention to the regulation of liver,gallbladder,spleen and stomach.The correlation analysis shows that the acupoint combinations with the highest correlation are Neiguan-Tianshu-Danzhong,Xingj ian-Xiaxi-Danzhong,Jianli-Zhongwan-Tianshu.The results of cluster analysis showed that Professor Gu's prescriptions for treating depression were to replenish qi and nourish yin,invigorate the spleen and calm the heart,clear the heart and calm the nerves,and relieve the liver and gallbladder.The results of data mining on Chinese medicine prescriptions show that Professor Gu uses 180 Chinese medicines,of which 33 are core medicines.The correlation analysis of traditional Chinese medicine-tongue condition-pulse condition-symptoms shows that the main pulse condition is deep pulse and Slippery pulse,and the tongue condition is fat tongue and red tip of tongue,the main symptoms are anxiety,depression,insomnia,and pain.The syndrome differentiation of viscera is mainly the heart,liver and gallbladder,spleen and stomach,and kidney.The main idea of traditional Chinese medicine prescription is to regulate the mind and mind.Through the use of compatible drugs to relieve the excessive use of the heart,the method of differentiation of the heart,nourish the heart,and calm the heart is selected;It helps the liver and gallbladder,and re-uses Bupleurum so that the people of the liver and gallbladder are upright;regulates the spleen and kidney,nourishes the foundation of the heavens,eliminates phlegm and promotes blood stasis.Literature studies have shown that Danzhong is the main source of energy to transfer the mind,protects the heart,connects to the Sanjiao,and connects the meridians to the hands and feet Jueyin and other meridians.Tanzhong points are adjusted in multiple ways by regulating the chest gas street,the sea of qi,and the Shangjiao.Unwind the mind and play a role in the treatment of emotional diseases.Conclusion:Professor Gu used acupuncture and moxibustion as the main prescription in the treatment of depression with "Qishen Needle plus Danzhong Point".The main idea is to calm the mind and calm the nerves and pay attention to the spleen and stomach;the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions are based on regulating the mind,nourishing the liver and kidney,and strengthening the spleen and stomach.The theoretical research on the acupoint characteristics of Tanzhong acupoints commonly used by Professor Gu in clinical practice concluded that Tanzhong is the place of qi,uses qi to spread yin and yang,joy is born to transmit the mind,is located in the sea of qi,adjusts the upper focus,and chest street Fake back,contact the viscera,play a role in regulating the body's qi machine.
