Objective:Purpose of this paper is to obtain a comprehensive facial syndrome system of channels and Zang Fu,by summarizing the original texts of the facial color diagnosis of channels and Zang Fu in Huangdi Neijing,and referring to notes of practitioners in histroy.Then,this paper construct a calculation model that can automatically extract the area of Shan-gen by using modern computer technology.The model will be a new way to assist doctors in the face diagnosis.Content:The research content is mainly divided into the following two parts.The method of first part are literature research and comparative research,to search the key words such as"face" and "color" in "Suwen" and "Lingshu",and extract the relevant original texts of facial color diagnosis by sentence by sentence.And on this basis,with the help of Chinese Medical Code software,part 1 widely absorb the notes of later generations of physicians on the relevant chapters.Then following the original text of Neijing,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the division of the "color part" of the doctors in history,and then analyzes the meaning of the text,the logical relationship between the preceding and the following,and the self consistency of the theoretical system,so as to obtain the system of the face part of the viscera.The corresponding relationship between the meridians and the face in Neijing is summarized into three parts:the law of twelve meridians’ circulation in the face,the influence of the Qi of eridians on the face and the manifestation of meridians’ symptoms in the face.Then,it is compared with the content of the color diagnosis of the facial meridians,and the theory of meridians is integrated into the color diagnosis system of the face,in order to obtain a color diagnosis system of the facial meridians and viscera.In the second part of the study,the convolution neural network algorithm is used for object recognition.After the experts distinguish the face images,the experiments are carried out.Then an algorithm model which can stably segment and recognize whether there is any abnormality in the Shan-gen area is obtained.Then random forest algorithm is used to automatically select the optimal results under multi-objective,and the comprehensive optimal strategy for the recognition results is obtained.Results:The color diagnosis system of the facial meridians is divided into the different effects of the meridians circulation directly through the face and the Qi of the meridians on the face under the physiological and pathological conditions.The connotation of the color diagnosis system of the facial viscera is mainly concentrated in the chapter of "five colors of the pivot".The color diagnosis system of facial meridians can be divided into correspondence between meridians and face,and how Qi of meridians influences facial color under physiological and pathological conditions.The main manifestation of the facial meridians is that the meridians pass through the face.The two systems are different from each other but some intersections.In the aspect of facial syndrome,meridians and viscera have the superposition of distribution areas,but also different distribution areas.Besides,there are different levels of Qi formation between meridians and viscera.As meridians are outside and viscera are inside,there are also different levels of pathology.In addition,an algorithm model which can segment and recognize the anomaly of the mountain root region stably is established.The model can segment the face image to get Shan-gen area automatically,judge the Shan-gen region,and then output the result image of whether there is anomaly in Shan-gen region.The accuracy rate of model is 0.964,the accuracy rate of model is 0.802 and the recall rate of model is 0.867.
