Objective:Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is one of the common causes of low back pain.In recent years, with the increase of workload and labor intensity, the prevalence of LDH has increased year by year, with the age range of 25 to 55 years old.The highest incidence rate, mainly manifested as pain on one side or both sides of the waist, some patients with lower extremity pain, intermittent claudication and other symptoms, severe pain is unbearable, need to rest in bed to ease.In terms of treatment methods, acupuncture and moxibustion as an important method in non-surgical treatment, which is characterized by low risk, low cost and remarkable curative effect,is widely accepted by patients. This project aims to find out the frequency of superior treatment by analyzing the difference in the efficacy of different acupuncture frequencies for the treatment of LDH,so as to avoid repeated visits, shorten treatment time, reduce economic pressure and increase patients' confidence in improving disease symptoms..Methods:In this study,60 patients with LDH were collected from 2018.01-2019.01,randomly divided into frequency group 1(2 times a week)and frequency 2 groups(3 times a week),30 cases in each group. Both groups of patients were treated with lumbar ridge,Yaoyangguan point,Shenshu point,Dazhu point,Juegu point,Yanglingquan point,Ganshu point,Pishu point,Weishu point.According to the selection of pain points, the acupoints were treated before treatment and treatment. After 2 weeks,4 weeks, and 1 month after the end of treatment, the MPQ and the JOA Low Back Pain Rating Scale were recorded for scoring. The collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS25.0 software to comprehensively evaluate the efficacyResults:1.Analysis of JOA low back pain evaluation scale:There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment, after 4 weeks of treatment and after 4 weeks after treatment(P>0.05).2.Analysis of the Jane McGill pain scale:There was no significant difference between the two groups at each time point and the pre-treatment score(P>0.05).3.Statistical analysis of clinical effective rate:The frequency of 1 group and frequency 2 group had little difference in the efficiency of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Conclusion:1.The comparison between the JOA low back pain evaluation scales showed that the frequency 1 group had little difference in the subjective symptoms, clinical signs and activities of daily living of patients with lumbar disc herniation, and the frequency 2 group had little difference. The comparison between the Jane McGill pain scales showed that there was no significant difference in the intensity and nature of pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation in frequency 1 and frequency 2 groups.2.In the Jane McGill Pain Scale, the pain assessment index(PRI)assessment, visual pain simulation score(VAS),and current pain intensity(PPI)were significantly relieved in patients with lumbar disc herniation. At 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment, the current pain intensity(PPI)was significantly relieved after 3 treatments a week, but the improvement in current pain intensity(PPI)was not significant after 4 weeks of treatment.3.Two times a week and three times a week for acupuncture to improve the subjective symptoms, clinical signs, activities of daily living, etc.in patients with lumbar disc herniation, through the scale before and after treatment(JOA low back pain assessment scale and Simplified McGill Pain Questionnaire)Record score comparison, there is no significant difference between the patient's treatment twice a week and three times a week.Considering comprehensively, the frequency of treatment twice a week and three times a week is equivalent to the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.According to the patient's condition, economic pressure and time, two frequency acupuncture treatments can be selected as appropriate.
